Beith Hotel

My recent stay at The Beith Hotel in Kalamassery was generally positive. The hotel's location proved very convenient, being near the metro station and several hospitals, which was important for my travel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming. My room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, which was important in the Kochi heat. The WiFi was also reliable. However, I found the sound proofing of the rooms to be a little lacking, as I could hear street noise at times. Overall, The Beith Hotel is a good option for those seeking a comfortable

A Nightmare - Needs Immediate Attention! I am utterly shocked and disappointed during the visit to my friend at this hotel. It is baffling how such an establishment continues to operate under these abysmal conditions. It there was an option for 0 star, I would have opted the same. 1. Smelly Corridors: The corridors reeked of an unbearable stench, making every trip to the room a test of endurance. 2. Cockroach Infestation: To my horror, I found cockroaches in the room. This is a severe hygiene issue that poses health risks and reflects poorly on your standards. 3. Damaged Amenities: The bed comforter was torn, stained, and completely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide even the most basic level of comfort. 4. Nonexistent Room Service: Despite repeated requests, there was no room service available, leaving guests stranded and helpless. 5. Terrible Location: The location is horrendous, with no parking area and a setting that makes you question your safety and sanity. This hotel not only fails to meet industry standards but also severely compromises the comfort, health, and satisfaction of its guests. It is unacceptable to charge guests for such a distressing experience. To the owner, this is a wake-up call. Your property is on the verge of collapsing under the weight of neglect and mismanagement. Immediate action is required to address these issues. Otherwise, this hotel risks losing its reputation entirely, and deservedly so. Do better. Guests deserve better.

Rooms are so good and neat. Respective and gentle service. Best option at the nearby area from Aluva to edapally. Very affordable

Not great, just 1 night ok. The bed is poor, location next to Cusat on the main road is the only plus point. 1800 i paid for a so called delux room is just waste!. No generator backup, lift doesn't work, rooms not clean. Poor overall! Thanks to their cleanliness in the walkway and room, i contracted Dengue!... Severe viral load. And my platelets went to 7K and 2 Platelets transfusions

Average hotel, highly priced. The shower in the bathroom was not working and the staff were unable to fix the problem. Rooms are very small.

Very nice Check In Experience, Affordable Rooms and friendly staffs

What a horrible experience! The room they gave us was absolutely disgusting. There were hairs all over the bed and pillow, and the entire room had a nasty fungal smell. It's clear they didn't bother changing the bedsheets or pillow covers from the previous guest. Even the sofa in the room had that same horrible, musty odor. The cupboards were covered in dust, so we didn't even dare keep our luggage in there. It was completely uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe. I couldn't sleep properly at all. The parking situation is a joke - there's only space for about 3-4 cars, and we couldn't even park. On top of all that, we paid an absurd price for a room in a so-called "3-star" hotel as if it's a 5 star hotel. Insane price! The experience was worse than staying in a shabby guesthouse. This place doesn't deserve a single star. Complete waste of money! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this filthy place. Don't waste your money here - it's a complete rip-off!
