Gopika Regency

I stayed at Hotel Gopika Regency Varapuzha for in last week. Overall, it was a positive experience. The location was realy good, the room was excellent, and the staff were friendly . I did not face any issues during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to every one.Resturent team works really good with balanced service.

Review - Dinner on 16th May, 2025 We ordered Chicken Al Faham and Cream of Chicken Soup for dinner on 16th May. The Chicken Al Faham, as usual, was very good -- flavorful and well-cooked. We'd rate it 4/5. Unfortunately, the experience with the Cream of Chicken Soup was extremely disappointing. It had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it inedible. We immediately reported this to the staff, and while they took it back to the kitchen, they returned stating that the chef confirmed it was freshly made with proper ingredients. Despite this, the soup still smelled off. I even asked the staff member to smell it, but he refused to acknowledge the issue. We left almost the entire soup untouched -- not because we wanted to avoid paying, but because it was genuinely not fit to eat. Our intention was simply to bring attention to what might have been a problem with the ingredients or preparation. However, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which left us quite disappointed. I'm sharing this here in the hope that the owners will eventually see it and take steps to prevent such issues in the future, as it affects their otherwise good reputation.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel gopika Regency varapuzha with my family the service was excellent and the location perfect.Restaurant was realy good especially food is amazing and delicious.We had soup and main course from restaurant, soup is realy good with proper taste and texture. I recommended to everyone this property.

The reception at the entrance and the ground floor is quite well done and decorative but that is all to the hotel. The receptionist took his time to get us to our room and when we got to our room it was just horrible. There is an unpleasant smell hits you as you enter the room, the sheets are filthy, the walls are dirty and uncleaned, the lamps in the room are fully covered with dust and the bathroom is just bad.

Easy access to cities. Good stay and admirable customer service. To describe about the food served, they provide you tasty dishes that have a pleasing homely feel. I am happy with their service provided and would definitely recommend Gopika Regency.
