I booked this hotel from oyo and it's all ready paid but when I reached there the hotel manager will denied to give me a room i suffered there for two hours, please don't book room here by oyo . Very bad experience I had here.

Wish i can give Negative. Guys read this comment before going to this Hotel. They are worthless and wont pay you your money. I booked Hotel for 1 night stay and when i called them, NOBODY picked my call for almost 1 hour i tried. Finally i decided to visit their Hotel (nobody was there at Check IN place). Later when i launched Complaint t Agoda Site (they did nothing). All my Money wasted by this stupid Fraud Hotel and Fraud Agoda App. Dont book at this Hotel unless you want to loose your money. They are Fraud and nobody entertain you once you pay Money online.

Very clean and new rooms, however things like drinking water, soap and towel were missing! Towel and soap were provided later, however water had to be bought from a nearby shop. According to the staff, things will improve soon, as they are very new as of now.

They were always ready to assist with any requests. Dining: While I didn't mention dining specifically, the overall experience suggests that the hotel's amenities were up to the mark. Facilities: The facilities provided were adequate and well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience. Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 7 km from the airport, making it a great choice for travelers looking for easy access. Despite being close to the airport, the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Overall Experience: I highly recommend Edassery Village for anyone looking for a pleasant stay near the airport. The combination of excellent room quality, top-notch service, and a convenient location makes it an excellent choice. Would definitely stay here again!

This is full scam. No hotel in this location. Please don't book this hotel. It's fully scam. We booked through agoda and came to the location but no hotel in the name. Don't waste money

If you book this hotel through online sites, you may end up sleeping on the street.They show no ethics or empathy towards customers who spend their money to book rooms in this hotel.||||I booked a room for my friend from 3-7 November 2024. He reached the reception around 9:30 PM on 3rd November. After checking the booking details, they immediately denied him check-in, saying they do not have any collaboration with online booking sites. They says, since they are already renovated the facility, the rate displayed on the online platforms is not accurate. We were shocked by their response since they claim they are not at all responsible for the listing of their property on online platforms.||||They argued with ridiculous statements, few of them are,||When booking through online platforms, customer should contact the property to confirm that the rate and availability displayed are correct.||Don't worry, you're not the only customer facing this issue. Sometimes they deny rooms even for families with kids.||They were helpless, as the owner of the property told them to act this way.||||By listing on online platforms with a cheaper price, they attract customers to a remote location,but when customers arrive, they deny entry and ask them to pay double the listed rate. Since there are no other hotels nearby, some customers have no choice but to pay. This fraudulent activity helps them to generate few revenue, but the question is how long they will sustain with this policy.||||Initially, I thought about filing a police complaint, but later, considering the complications involved, I decided to lodge a complaint through online consumer portals, though I'm unsure of its effectiveness.
