Scam Alert!!Be careful. Read before booking. If you book this hotel through online sites, you may end up sleeping on the street.They show no ethics or empathy towards customers who spend their money to book rooms in this hotel. I booked a room for my friend from 3-7 November 2024. He reached the reception around 9:30 PM on 3rd November. After checking the booking details, they immediately denied him check-in, saying they do not have any collaboration with online booking sites. They says, since they are already renovated the facility, the rate displayed on the online platforms is not accurate. We were shocked by their response since they claim they are not at all responsible for the listing of their property on online platforms. They argued with ridiculous statements, few of them are, When booking through online platforms, customer should contact the property to confirm that the rate and availability displayed are correct. Don't worry, you're not the only customer facing this issue. Sometimes they deny rooms even for families with kids. They were helpless, as the owner of the property told them to act this way. By listing on online platforms with a cheaper price, they attract customers to a remote location,but when customers arrive, they deny entry and ask them to pay double the listed rate. Since there are no other hotels nearby, some customers have no choice but to pay. This fraudulent activity helps them to generate few revenue, but the question is how long they will sustain with this policy. Initially, I thought about filing a police complaint, but later, considering the complications involved, I decided to lodge a complaint through online consumer portals, though I'm unsure of its effectiveness.

Staff is very cordial and accomodating. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Food is good as well. Good for Male business travellers. Women travelling alone may not like it much , as there is a bar near by and lot of such Bar going crowd outside in the night. Also location is near airport.

Even though this hotel is 8 km from the Kochi Airport. It is decent and receptionist is cool guy. Who helped to check in pre-booked room midnight 2:30 am. Easy checkin. We are here for night stay only.

Really amazing. Near to airport. Good rooms. Excellent food with low price. Really recommended to all foodies. Extremely cordial and professional service.

Visited this hotel twice , on 22nd and 24th of may.Budget hotel,lovely hospitality,awesome food at reasonable price and memorable staffs.Only problem here is size of room is little bit small.Size is not a matter if taking other factors into account
