Room is all fine, washrooms are maintained clean. The service is good. But the Google location given was wrong we were stranded in the middle of the road at 1pm. The rooms are too small for 3 people. We couldn't get an extra bed as they had only one extra bed which was taken by someone else

Not suitable for family. no tieup with OYO. If you are booking through OYO.. the hotel is not listed with OYO and you need to look for alternative after reaching hotel. Oyo is just cheating. Collects money from you and there is no booking made. Only suitable for drinking and staying.. No bad experience though. Rates are high compared to the facility provided. Cooperative staff. Area is little isolated.

Very bad service and behaviour. We booked this place with OYO with online payment, the place didn't allowed check in saying they don't accept online payment. The place was locked when we reached and the guy inside didn't even opened the door for around one hour. We were able to reach the person with help from some local guys. The response from OYO customer care was disaster. Worst experience ever. Hope I will never come across such place even in my dreams.And this will be my last booking with OYO.

Its a very nice stay and also the room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very pleasing. The only difficulty is that it is situated a little distance away from the aluva station so we need to travel a bit to reach the destination but its one of the best stay at aluva.

First of all the place is far from the main town. The rooms are bad and humid. No fooding facility and won't find any good restaurants nearby. No room service at all. As the name suggest you will find good service in your dream.

I think it is very new one..very very comfortable because the rate is very low and also good AC and gud LCD television..and also gud painted rooms with light colour..gud balcony near rooms..lady staff also there ..very very much...

Really a wonderful experience staying here , nice service , quality room, 100%hygenic , guest friendly , and it's near by to all transport services .

First of all this is not an OYO room now. This is very near to Muppathadam Junction. Rooms are decent. No food is available.
