December 27th 2024, we booked all the rooms in Galaxy international as part of stay for my relatives who came to attend our son's wedding. We are so happy with their neat, tidy and spacious rooms, outstanding customer service and their wide spread delicious buffet breakfast. Mr. Ratish, manager of Galaxy international is so organised, meticulous and very quick to respond to our queries. His professional approach is commendable and worthy of praise and appreciation. We would highly recommend this hotel. It is an amazing place to stay.

It's a nice decent place. Rooms are spacious. Wish their vegetarian food selection , for dinner, was more .

AVOID. Booked this place 3 months in advance only to have them cancelling the day before check in stating they have booked the entire hotel for a wedding. Advice to all avoid booking this place , go here only as a last resort.

We experienced Very poor service in Executive lounge. Bought 3 beer and charged for five We asked for the main course, they told main course is not available, later we cud see they served main course for other customers Waiters also need to improve a lot while dealing with customers. No menu available here, and not explaining the available items and it's price, serving non ordered food, providing bill for non ordered items.. hell lot of miscommunication. We left the bar without giving a tip as we were totally dissatisfied with the service Unavailability of menu card itself is a way of cheating customers Visited date sept 29th 2024 - 7pm to 9pm

This is the best 4-star luxury hotel in Paravur, and I highly recommend it. The customer service is excellent, making for a great experience. The rooms are very affordable, especially considering the high-quality amenities. Everything is well-maintained and very hygienic

Food in the Night is until 10 PM only.... Complimentary breakfast very Limited and same options...

We reach in paravoor by midnight and not booked the room in advance.we enquired about 3 to 4 other hotels here and not got good response.finally only we reach here as because in booking app shows big amount.bt here they allowed 4 person in one room with affordable budget. So if anyone is looking to stay in this place,this premise will be a better option for you all.. also, we got complimentary breakfast .Even if the breakfast was finished,they prepared for us. The rooms' accessories and bathroom fitting are up to the mark.Rooms are neat and clean.we had a good stay here.. There's friendly approach also remarkable.
