Treebo Golden Terminal Kochi Airport

Not cooling in room after use 10 hours. Not use hot water shower in bathroom. Only use shower cool water. Small capacity use in geyser. To get hot water, one has to wait for 5 minutes and then some water comes out, later one has to wait again for 5 minutes to get it. There is no breakfast at 9:10. It has been completed. There is no fruit in breakfast. After making all these complaints there is no answer from the hotel management. The images shown on Google are all fake. There is no swimming pool there.

Rooms are ok clean and spacious. Peaceful location but no food provided by the hotel can be ordered from outside .

Rooms are clean and neat.. Staffs are very co-operative. Breakfast is good.. For small children getting milk is very difficult.. Swimming pool is good and neat..

I recently stayed at Treebo Golden Terminal. While the rooms were spacious but the maintenance was poor. No toiletries were provided, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was okay.There was no plug point near the kettle inside the room, which was inconvenient. The hotel is also not easily visible from the main road, making it a bit difficult to locate.

The bed was relatively comfortable, the room was a good size but overall rather shabby. Could do with a fresh cost of paint. The shower had no hot water and the WiFi dropped out more than once. We could hear people walking and talking up and down the hallway. The best thing about the place is it's location to the airport.

The Location of the hotel is very near to Kochi International Airport . The rooms are just ok for a night stay and some what shabby. We did not get any service in the morning as we had early checkout, we had to carry our luggages ourself. The staff of the hotel was more interested in tip.

Had a great stay at Treebo Cochin airport hotel. Reception staff was very polite and catered to all our requested perfectly. Would definitely recommend to future travelers for a convenient clean and comfortable stay near Cochin airport.

Nice Hotel. Cozy rooms clean and hygienic. Comfortable stay. Complementary breakfast with few items.
