Had a good stay here, the rooms were neat and clean and the service was excellent. The owner provided everything we asked for and took care of us very well and the food was also good here.

Sea in front and backwaters at back made our stay memorable. Rooms were comfortable, food is delicious made our stay enjoyable. If they had provided Kerala food we would have enjoyed more.

It is an awesome place. Very neat and clean room, parking facility and opposite to the beach and it is budget friendly.

Best place to stay with family and beach, restaurants, backwater boating etc.. all are reachable by walk at affordable price.

My recent stay at Melanna Cherai Beach Resorts was an experience of sheer bliss and unparalleled relaxation. Nestled right on the shores of Cherai Beach, the resort offers stunning views of the Sea. Waking up to the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore and watching the sunset from my private balcony were highlights of my stay. The accommodations at Melanna Cherai Beach Resorts are top-notch. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. The comfortable bed, plush linens, and well-appointed bathroom made for a very restful stay. The attention to detail in the room's design truly enhanced the overall experience. One of the standout features of the resort is its exceptional service. The staff were always courteous, attentive, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was arranging a beachside dinner, recommending local attractions, or simply ensuring my room was in perfect order, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I had a infant and the staff was really helpful in arranging for Milk during the night and that really was a great timely help. I appreciate that hospitality The dining experience at the resort was equally impressive. The on-site restaurant terrace roof seating serves a delightful array of local cuisines, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each meal was a delicious and fresh and with a kerala food menu, from the hearty breakfast and seafood dinners. The family take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality and presentation of every dish. Melanna Cherai Beach Resorts strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making it an ideal destination for both couples and families. The serene environment, coupled with the exceptional hospitality, creates a truly memorable experience. In summary, my stay at Melanna Cherai Beach Resorts was nothing short of perfect. 2 minutes walk from bustling centre of cherai beach is this lovely stay. They have rooms for twin occupancy to groups. Rooms are clean and well maintained. You can opt for breakfast and order food from restaurant next door. We stayed here for 2 weeks and Marshall made us feel like right at home. Anything we needed, he was there to help us. He provided us complimentary water as much as we needed and even had kitchen running for us for nights we wanted light dinner. Hospitality, location and reasonable price are some of the reasons why you should consider this property.

We reserved, paid and occupied two rooms. Adult daughters in one room, my husband and I in the other. Rooms were not clean, hairs on the beds, pillows and sheets. The pillows and beds smelled funky, old and used and the covers weren't washed. Floors and mirrors were not cleaned properly. The night stands are very poor quality, outdated and painted to cover up the stains and the drawers were not accessible as the stands were turned against the wall. The free standing closet doors were also unusable because the single bed was pushed up against the closet doors, blocking them from opening for usage. ||||The quality of the rooms shown on the Booking.com website in no way matched the actual room. After discussing our concerns and the desire for cancelation and searching for a new hotel for New Year's Eve, the manager offered to clean the rooms again and we were given a new room that was cleaner, but the quality was still different then on the photos. The outside of the hotel and immediate surroundings was disgusting. Trash and a rotten egg smell exuded from the parameters of the hotel area and was strewn with garbage. The unceasing barking dog at 3 and 4 in the morning cemented our decision to leave this place and find another accommodation. I decided to go downstairs to talk to the manager. No one was there and no one responded to my phone calls to the number posted in reception. I decided to contact booking.com to request cancellation for this booking. The customer service agent was helpful. ||||At morning the manager/owner informed me that the price for the night was higher than what was posted at the time of the booking. Communication with the manager was extremely difficult as he was very rude to me. I contacted booking.com again to resolve the issue a revised higher price for the room. The manager/owner was cutting me off every time I tried to talk to him, calling me a "foolish woman" and didn't want to listen to anything I was saying. He expected that I just pay the price that was incorrect. In the end booking.com customer service helped to resolve the price and helped ti get the owner to agree to the original posted price. After that we canceled the two remaining nights and secured a different hotel. This was a nightmare situation and advise anyone intending to stay there to turn around and go somewhere else!||The rude manager/owner, the constant loud noises from the room next door, the all night barking dog and smell of decomposing trash around property can't be presented visually. It was the worst experience I ever had with the hotel.

Very Good Resort. Well behaving Staff too. Main Beach is very Near by. Truly value for Money.
