Sapphire Hotel Apartments

Only advantage is it's budget friendly. It's an AC room but the door is a plastered one with gaps on all sides. The tube is light in the room couldn't be switched off as the switch is not working. Kitchen didn't have utensils balcony couldn't be opened. Mosquitoes found in the room. AC is not cool.

My recent stay at the "Sapphire Hotel Apartments" in Ernakulam, Kerala was an unforgettable experience, marked by impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, anticipating my needs and exceeding expectations at every turn. I stayed a night on 15/03/2025. When I checkout the next morning I found my vehicle without an important part. I enquired about the video footage and I'm still waiting for the same. Please do the needful ASAP. Also please appoint a security during night session atleast.

Location is right between Kakkanad junction & infopark. Service is ok. Price is affordable compared to other nearby hotels, but is costly for the service given. From pillow cover & blankets to paint, everything is old & dated(but clean). A soap & water bottle are the only consumable provided.
