Novotel Kochi Infopark

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Infopark Kochi. Received a warm welcome and experienced great hospitality throughout. The location is excellent and easy to commute. Though it was a business trip, the hotel is perfect for families too. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. Special thanks to Salomi at the front desk for her helpfulness and warm smile, and trainee Roshan for assisting with a smooth checkout. Highly recommended and definitely my choice for future vacations

Having a wonderful stay at the Novotel in Kochi. Once again the staff are fantastic. From the check in service to the breakfast. We are greeted each morning with big smiles. Grayathny goes above and beyond making sure I'm aware of the local dishes to try. Grayathny suggesting daily local activities for me to do. Gokul ensuring that I have a fresh coffee and if I need anything. Chef Hashida making my delicious paratha fresh and hot to order.Roshini was also a very helpful and knowledgeable server. Chef Sushil and team leader Pintu ensuring everyone is happy. On the down side went for a drink in the bar last night Sat for nearly 20 minutes with no service staff to be seen finally went to the front desk to ask for a bartender. After that the hotel was out of local beer. I suggest having at least one in country beer available as myself and another hotel guest both wanting a local beer. Overall looked after like VIP in this hotel. The general manager even offered us a ride in his car to get dinner after a rain storm had hit and no taxis were available.

Its a lovely experience to stay with you guys, Good food with fabulous restaurant service. I love the room and its lovely green view. Room was nicely made with clean sheets and clean towels. Room has carpet and its nicely cleaned. Bathroom is cleaned and hygienic with all required items. Good housekeeping service during the stay. Housekeeping staff are so friendly and kept my room supper clean everytime when i was back from my office. Good housekeeping and good job everyone..... We will back in next month.

The staffs were so friendly. Especially the crew in dining area were so friendly and attentive. Ms.Subashini attended us often and she was checking on us about the orders we placed.Not only her but everyone were so helpful and they helped with smiling faces which was something so special.

Food: I had the opportunity to try the buffet spread at Novotel over multiple days, and I must say the experience was a mixed bag. A majority of the dishes, especially the non-vegetarian options, felt overly oily, which took away from the overall dining experience. Most of the chicken dishes were underwhelming in terms of flavor and freshness. However, there was a standout--on Day 3 during the evening buffet, the chicken kebab served as a starter was excellent. It was perfectly cooked, tender, and had a good balance of spices. On the brighter side, the vegetarian options were consistently impressive. The variety, flavor, and attention to detail in the vegetarian dishes far outshone their non-vegetarian counterparts, making them worth exploring. Rooms: The rooms were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was top-notch; the rooms had a pleasant, hygienic aroma and were entirely dust-free, which is always a plus. The housekeeping and room service were particularly commendable--timely, polite, and thorough in their work. It made the stay feel relaxing and hassle-free. I recently stayed at Novotel Kochi, Infopark in a Superior Queen room, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing--definitely not what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. To start with the positives: the breakfast was nice, and the staff in the dining area were polite and attentive. However, the overall stay was marred by several issues. The room was old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant--unclean, smelly, and with a non-functional exhaust fan. The air conditioner didn't work properly, and we had to call an engineer at midnight just to get it somewhat resolved. We were offered a room change, but moving rooms in the middle of the night while exhausted is hardly a reasonable solution. Instead, we were given a fan to get through the night. Adding to the frustration, while we were having breakfast, the Assistant Sales Manager approached us for feedback. I shared our concerns honestly, expecting at least an acknowledgment or apology. Instead, he appeared uninterested and dismissive. Rather than addressing the issues or assuring any resolution, he simply handed me his visiting card and told me to call him directly next time for a "better deal." It felt like a sales pitch instead of a genuine effort to improve guest experience. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. The condition of the room, lack of proper service recovery, and dismissive attitude from management made it clear that this is not the level of hospitality one expects from a 5-star property. I would not recommend this hotel unless they undertake serious improvements.

We had breakfast buffet at Novotel in Kakkanad. It was really awesome. Very tasty food and a wide variety of spread. The staff were very friendly and serviceable. They served us very well. Overall great experience. Live dosa, Appam as well as waffles and pancakes were available.

Had an awesome time at Novotel! The vibes were chill, the food was on point, and the service? Top-notch! Huge shoutout to Ronit, our super cool waiter, who made us feel right at home. He was fun, friendly, and totally nailed the service game. Definitely coming back for the great food and Ronit's awesome energy!
