Hotel Hill View

Dive Lounge has a nice atmosphere, and the service was good overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived, which we appreciated. However, as we were getting ready to leave, things changed. We understand the closing time is 11 p.m., and we were hurrying to finish up, but the manager's attitude was unexpectedly rude. He reminded us to leave, but the way he spoke felt abrupt and unfriendly, unlike the pleasant experience we had when we entered. We have no issue with following the rules, but the way he communicated could have been more polite. It left us with a mixed feeling about the place. And yeah food was mediocre and the quantity was not worth the price

We had an unforgettable evening at the Hill View Bar restaurant! The rooftop views, food, and service were all exceptional. However, it was Anandjee's warm hospitality, Professionalism, and wise words that truly made our experience special. Thank you for an outstanding dining experience!"

All is good, but the mosquito bites are not affordable. I stayed here in December 2024, and the room is on the third floor. We got a budget-friendly room for 2000.We go directly without online booking. The restaurant is also available. Breakfast is not included in our option, and it seems to cost 210 per person for the buffet. The rooms are neat, though.

Restaurant service is pathetic. Noone even cares about guests in the restaurant. Guests have to call and inform when buffet counter is empty. Then it will take another 30 mins to bring it. Even for water. If we ask they then run and refill the jug and cme.

I recently stayed at Hill View and had a fantastic experience thanks to Mr. Girish and the front office team. From check-in to check-out, Mr. Girish was incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. His empathy and local recommendations truly enhanced my stay. Extremely a good hotel with the good rooms and facilities.Hasle free check in from that i realise the hospitality of reception was really good special mention to the gentle men manager Gareesh felt really good in manner of hospitality is truly commendable means a lot to help us to drive to see the sightseeing.Highly recommended.

Rude staff, and very rude management. The restaurant managers deserve a medal for the most pathetic service in the area!!
