Hotel Abaam Chelsea

I recently stayed at Abaam Chelsea and found the experience to be mixed. The room itself was fairly comfortable, with basic amenities that met expectations. The facilities were adequate, though nothing particularly stood out. The interiors were simple and clean, making the stay reasonably pleasant at first glance. However, the bathroom was a significant letdown. Despite routine cleaning, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, which impacted my overall comfort. It seemed like a deeper issue that regular cleaning couldn't resolve, and it's something the management needs to address urgently. What truly soured the experience, though, was the behavior of a staff member who was stationed at the reception area. While not the official receptionist, his attitude was remarkably unprofessional and dismissive. He treated us in a way that made us feel unwelcome, as if we were inconveniencing him by being there. His demeanor was condescending, almost as though we were staying at the hotel at his expense. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry, where guest experience should be a priority. While the hotel's location and basic amenities were passable, the lack of proper customer service and the unresolved issue with the bathroom odor make it difficult to recommend without significant improvements.

The restaurant offers an amazing dining experience, especially with its delicious Meen Mappas with Appam, which is a must-try. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring great service. Plus, the spacious parking area adds to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Rooms and Service is poor. 24 hrs room service is not available with this Hotel, after 10 PM you will not get a glass of water and no body will not be there to attend a call even in Reception. So not recommended for families. The rate is high and service and quality of room is absolutely pathetic. Only one nice Bar is availiable in this Hotel... that's the one and only highlight of this Hotel

Hotel Abaam Chelsea is a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a comfortable ambiance. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. The lounge bar is amazing, with a great selection of drinks and a lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We had lunch from here. The picture says itself what happened. Not going to recommend. Food and service are terrible as hell. Especially I need to mention the service, as a restaurant manager its time to the management to think about training for Staff or hiring new people. I won't suggest to anyone.

Good atmosphere. Looks like a lounge bar. Pool table available for enjoying the drinking time. Food is good, but expensive.

We had noon meals and it was not very tasty. Both fish frys we ordered was overdone. And considering the price they're charging for it, it's a disappointment.

I have stayed here for 2 days with my family. And it was a good stay. Very friendly and helpfull staffs. Thank you for entire team.
