Hisham Residency

I am very disturbed by this stay. The staff's attitude was arrogant. We booked 5 rooms and provided the detailed number of persons as well. We even played the call recording. However, the rooms were tiny, and they did not provide an extra bed. The other property we booked a year ago was much better compared to this one. I am very disappointed.

Very dissapointed with my stay here. Despite a no smoking sign in the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong and unpleasant. The room itself was far from clean -- there was visible dust everywhere, stains on the pillows, and other surfaces. The bathroom was the worst part, with yellowish tiles and a persistent foul odor. Additionally, the reception lady was terrible and unhelpful. Overall, it felt like cleanliness and basic upkeep were just not priorities here. I expected a comfortable stay but was met with an uncomfortable, unhygienic environment. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend."

Horrible room service. The room & washroom were very stinky to the point that spraying room freshener only induced more drainage like odor & spending a hole night was more like suffocating one self. The worst of all is that the absence of receptionists everytime when we tried to report our inconvenience. After so many attempts & a long wait finally the incharge official considered our call & did provide us with a non-ac room. Though we were give a better room for time being it came with a price of enduring all the inconvenience of no hot water facility & stinkyness. Such a horrible experience, would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good and nice place to rest, only that always have power trips off.. But everything is good

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Our experience with the customer service was terrible. We booked a room there during the second week of May, 2024, and arrived at 4:40 PM. They asked for our Aadhaar card for verification, but we had left it in the car. It took us about 5 to 6 minutes to retrieve it, and we waited at the reception. After completing the paperwork, we entered our room. Unfortunately, we had an urgent emergency and had to leave the room within 5 minutes. We informed the lady at the reception, but her response was very rude. She said there was nothing they could do. We offered to pay a service or cleaning charge if they would refund the rest of our payment, but they refused. We then spoke to the manager, whose behavior was extremely unprofessional. He wouldn't speak to us directly and made us follow him around. He refused to make any adjustments or offer a refund. We also complained to the owner nearby, but nothing was resolved. I strongly advise against using this residency.
