We love the warmth and hospitality of the restaurant staff. Food is great. We love coming here for breakfast. Special thanks to Vignesh, Masim an Margi. Our kids are also looked after well. They enjoy their time here too. The hospitality is what draws us back repeatedly

My experience was absolutely incredible! From the moment I entered, their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The personal touch provided by Chef Amit and Reshma thoughtful attention and true kindness made the whole experience extra special. Thank you so much for such wonderful service and excellent food. ||||I'd like to commend the waitress that gave me espresso I forgot her name. What an extra mile of exceptional service!

A 5 star hotel by Sheraton now owned by Marriott, well designed rooms n lobbies, attractive service. Not far but a little away from Eranakulam city. The restaurant, the Cheff and the staff are amazing. The taste of each and every item is amazing that our taste buds will remember for ever. Roof top swimming pool also will give you a better experience

The hospitality and staff behaviour is exceptionally commendable. Especially the food and beverage team. Recently visited this property. I went there as a part of my work and i must say that the stay was amazing. I would like to appreciate the food and beverage team for their commendable service. Each and every one of them are really hardworking.. they have a great teamwork among them. Especially their attitude towards guests is remarkable. The positivity they carry in their smile and body language is really impressive. Good job guys. Here I would like to specifically note down some names, Ms. Anaina, Mr. Aswin, Chef Vishnu, Mr. Jubin, Mr. Gogul, Mr. Masim, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Neethu and finally Mr Charan who speaks really cute Malayalam thank you so much guys. For attending all the Ad Hoc requests. For being on your toes continuously running to n fro without rest.. for attending each guest and getting their needs until they finish their meal.. Hope to see you all again soon. Of course I know I missed some of the names. So sorry for the same but you people are amazing. keep up the good work.

Had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The service was exceptional. Margi and Chef Vishnu were incredibly sweet, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome--including a thoughtful cake surprise during breakfast. The food was amazing, and every detail made our stay memorable. Can't wait to return!

I had a wonderful experience during my last visit with my family. The atmosphere and food was great. Very neat and clean in all areas and well maintained. All the staff are very helpful and polite. Overall a good experience.

The rooms are spacious with modern tech. There are plenty of uber cabs near the vicinity. Have all basic amenities and an eatery. A functional gym and swimming pool are also available alongside a games/activities room with table tennis, lounge area for meetings and a nice gift shop for tourists. Service could've been better being a Marriott Franchise. The In-Room dining was moderately good. However the service desk team were quite negligent in taking the right order at times and took over 1 and a half hours to deliver a glass of juice because they forgot to double check the order taken. Had to remind the staff to return the laundry given two days ago on time. The housekeeping staff could improve with cleaning the rooms on time when informed. They were stingy in restocking the toiletries based on guest count. Not sure if they expect a room with multiple guests to use one toothbrush. They were also careless in filling the soap dispensers which were left almost empty even after just checking in. Overall it is a good hotel for the cost but would be better if the services are levelled up to match the 5 star rating. Would visit again next time.
