Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive

We stayed for just one night, as this was just a stop on the way to Thekkady. Super comfortable stay. Staff esp Johann was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Loved the stay. Room, food - everything was fantastic. The location next to the sea/ port is awesome. Breakfast has a good mix of local food along with normal b/f stuff.

I've had the privilege of staying at many Taj properties across the country, but I can confidently say that the most delicious and memorable food experience I've had was right here at Vivanta Ernakulam.||A special thank you to Agnel and Ancila, who took exceptional care of us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I had a buffet dinner at vivanta yesterday. All the dishes were extraordinary and delicious. Specially the beef item and deserts. Good ambiance and tasty food. Wide range of variety dishes are available in a luxurious atmosphere. One of the best affordable buffet dinner available at cochin.

I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. The hotel blends comfort with elegance, and the staff made me feel truly valued with their warm hospitality. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, especially the Kerala dishes at the in-house restaurant. Its central location made commuting easy. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travellers.

The entire stay experience at Vivanta Ernakulam, Marine Drive was excellent.|Right from the location of the hotel to the services offered within, were more than satisfactory.|Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and jolly faces.|The front office team was very accommodative of our requests and very responsive. Thanks to Mr. Nitin, Nikhil, Anwar, Agnal, Adithyan and Ancila. |The rooms offered were excellent in size, appeal and the view was amazing.||With regards to F&B, we had a lovely buffet lunch and dinner on both days during our stay at The Bubble Cafe (all-day dining). Our experience was enhanced with brilliant service received from the team specially from Niveditha & Fathima who left no tables unturned whilst having our meals.||And to top the cherry on the cake, the location of the hotel is just perfect. Everything is easily accessible right from the market (MG road) to water metro station, marine drive being right outside the hotel and no challenges with transportation as well.||My family only had but praises throughout our stay the hotel and all thanks goes to the team. We certainly look forward to visiting Kochi next time only to stay back at the hotel and experience the brilliant services in entirety.
