We had an event planned here. It was well supported by the excellently trained staff. The service was excellent. The ambience was great. The food was well prepared and tasty. The presentation was excellent. The food was topped up as required and there was no need for any reminders. All directions and suggestions were duly noted and followed. Happy to say this venue, food and service was loved by all who participated. The hotel being very easy to find it was so easy to direct even out of state guests to the venue

We had a late check-in. Room was comfortable. Staff were very cordial and cooperative. Mr.Rahul the restaurant manager was very polite and supporting.Buffet Breakfast and Lunch were available quantities need to be improved especially sweet dishes are seldom served in the breakfast Check-in time was 14.00 to 12.00 pm need little consideration those who check-in late Looking forward to coming back to this property.

Rooms are excellent and well maintained. Do remember to hang the 'Make my room' card for room service. If not for the food and restaurant maintenance, i would have given all 5 stars. Food taste is acceptable, nothing more. Maintenance like refilling tissue paper in wash needs attention.

The hotel and rooms were maintained as per the standards of a 4 star hotel. The hotel location is also good. But the front office, doesn't even have the standard of even a 2 star hotel. When I enquired, I came to know he is just a month old at his job. How come a hotel whose cheapest room rate starts at Rs4000+ per night, can have a locally dressed, and who doesn't know anything is allowed to handle the front office all alone. The complimentary breakfast had a very little spread. Not many varieties available. Hotels with cheaper tariffs, used to have more varieties for complimentary breakfast. Even the restaurant staff will serve you water only if you ask for it along with your complimentary breakfast. So, please train your staff or hire some experienced staff to keep up your hotel standards.

We had our family get together at the Hotel. The stay was comfortable . Family loved thr traditional kerala cusine especially the 'Kappa 'and Malabar fish curry . Kids loved the mixed fried rice during the dinner time. The chef came to us and checked on food and took interest to know the feedback directly from guests. We thank Rahul R for the excellent service provided during the two day schedule.

I had my engagement reception at Tribute Royale last night and had an incredibly beautiful experience. The staff were extremely cooperative throughout the planning stages and open to all our suggestions, prioritising our comfort and requirements whether regarding food, ambience and decor. The location was also accessible with ample parking space and all our guests had a lovely time. Overall, it was a memorable event that I am glad was hosted by Tribute Royale.
