Treebo The Qasr

I recently stayed at Treebo The Qasr with my brother, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were tidy, and I stayed for two days, during which I got the opportunity to try their breakfast buffet. Although the options were limited, it was reasonable for the price. The juice, tea, idiyappam, and accompanying sides were quite good. The room was well-equipped, though I did miss having an Android TV. The bathrooms were clean, but the hot water took some time to come through. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, there was ample parking space available. One issue I encountered was on the last night when a few guests got drunk and were making loud noises, which disturbed our sleep. However, considering the price, it's not a major complaint. Overall, it was a good stay!

It's clear that the hotel takes cleanliness seriously, which greatly contributed to my overall comfort during the stay. One of the standout aspects of Treebo Qasr was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their welcoming demeanor made me feel valued as a guest and added a personal touch to my experience. In the mornings, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered by the hotel. While the spread was somewhat limited, I found it to be good enough for starting my day. The food was tasty, and the staff in the dining area were attentive and courteous, ensuring everything was well-stocked and organized. Additionally, I found the Wi-Fi connection to be good enough for my needs, whether I was browsing or catching up on emails. Overall, Treebo Qasr offers a great balance of comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service at an affordable price. If you're looking for a solid place to stay in Kochi that provides essential amenities without any frills, I would definitely recommend considering this hotel for your visit!

Rooms are good and Clean. Toilet looks old and the Tap had leakage. Seems the toilet is not well maintained. Complementary breakfast was good and tasty. Dont expect anybody for room service, or even there won't be anybody for your service after 10 pm. There was nobody to take even calls when we called for some water and towel around 10.45 pm. Even reception was empty.

Great place with clean and maintained rooms with complementary breakfast. 24/7 reception support is available. Very near to marine drive area.

I have given 2 stars just because of the location, that's all. Rooms aren't good. The door lock of the bathroom door in our room was in a dilapidated condition. The towel rack was hanging for it's dear life. They mention of basement parking, but it is used as a storage place. You have to be ready with your key as the vehicles are parked back to back. If it is for bachelors or only couples then fine. There are other options in the area as well. They dont have a restaurant so dont expect anything with respect to food. But, there are options around which can be explored. Overall, i will not be coming back here and won't recommend.

Located in a good location. Nice breakfast buffet. Receptionist Anandu was always with a warm smile which brought a positive vibe at the hotel whenever we enter.

The rooms are neat and ambience is good. But their behaviour is very very bab, I won't prefer these hotel to anyone.
