The Reach Hotel

I stayed at The Reach Hotel for a couple of nights and had a very comfortable experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff who were happy to assist. My room was clean and well-organized, offering a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of activities. Overall, this hotel offers great value for a 4-star rating. I would definitely return and recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable stay.

An Amazing Stay - Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at The Reach Hotel. My room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's amenities were very good. The location was also ideal. Whenever I visit Kochi, The Reach is my top choice for a stay, whether for a few days or weeks. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel at home every time. Their genuine hospitality makes every stay special. That's why I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Kochi. Overall, a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort.

I travelled with my family two kids and two adults they given only 1 750 / 1 L water bottle it's just a refilled one. Their thoughts never matching in the hospitality field||1. I didn't get a smile from the first onwards so I totally disappointed. I felt they are the customer who paid the amount|2. No politness |3. Requested late check in|4. Requested provide best rooms to my family by morning but they given with ugly bedsheet

Stayed for 2 days, very neat and clean rooms. Right exactly my location... Like Ernakulam junction station is walkable. Metro & malls nearby... No restaurant but value for money. *Recommended*

We had a comfortable stay at the Reach Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the service at the reception.

This hotel is only barely a 3 star because it had free tea & coffee on tap and an excellent power shower. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars because:||Whilst the floor was clean, everything else wasn't! The glasses still had ash from cigarettes in them, everything at eye level was pretty dirty. The bed was so uncomfortable as you felt every coil. The pillows are rock hard too so you ache when you get out of bed in the morning.||The towels had been washed but had brown patches (perhaps not hot enough) and there were cigarette burns on the bedding and bedside table. No mosquito repellent either.||I would not stay here again even though it was very cheap.

The rooms are really excellent at this price range. They are spacious, comfortable, with centralised air conditioning, TV etc. They also do have provisions for hot & cold drinking water on every floor. The staff are welcoming & excellent, especially the night front office staff. Would definitely be coming back & I would highly recommend this place to all who are coming to ernakulam!

Neat hotel with all needed necessities and well behaved staff. My parents travelled and are quite happy with everything. Appreciate the effort of staff to keep customers happy and valued. Recommended.
