The Artiste, Kochi, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This place is a true haven for anyone looking for a luxurious experiential boutique hotel. It's plush, quiet and decadent in true sense! The rooms and the hotel are so aesthetically done keeping all functionalities in mind. A big thumps to the room and the space so beautifully and intelligently utilised! The little reflection of water on the bathroom ceiling, the dual sliding door for the wash area, the cosy work corner are all very much appreciated hope it keeps up the quality and the charm will visit again!!

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. Everything was so considered. The staff were incredible, so friendly and so helpful. They also granted as an upgrade on our arrival. Our housekeeper Deepa was amazing, she noticed we were drinking lots of water so she gave us some extra. The gym was great, great breakfast,the best cocktails I've had in India too. Great pool, everything was very clean. The security at the front door were also lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Oh what a sweet place to stay in Cochin. It is a small boutique hotel by Marriott. New hotel, neat and clean. The room is designed well with apt colours to relax your mind. Surprisingly quiet rooms. Wash room was big and designed explicitly well. The hotel is inside Forum mall cochin, away from city center. Our purpose was shopping and movies hence it was very convenient. From 3rd floor you can access the PVR directly. So after a late night movie no need to drive back, Just walk to your room. Two restaurants are there at 3 rd floor both are usable by room guests as well as mall visitors. Service at restaurants were excellent but food needs to improve in taste. Bar was great. Mixologist George made me a quick cocktail of New York sour. Good taste. Ambience was great. |Buffet Breakfast was good in the restaurant. Ananthu looked after us very well. All live items just order with Ananthu and he ensures it reaches your table in no time. Something I missed at Marriott Kochi or Le meridian Kochi. Ambience was great in the restaurant and some food like Idli, vada and Poori, croissant ,cakes needs to improve. Live egg preparation , Dosa were good waffles was ok. Same thing with restaurant 'Meen' of Chef Pillai. Good ambience, excellent service but food not upto the hype being created. We had Fish Molly (King fish), Appam, Nool Parotta but not very tasty. Except for the food taste part, the hotel stay was very enjoyable. Reception staff were great in assisting the needs. Check in and check out was fast. Car parking was just in-front of the entrance so very convenient. Will definitely go back.

The room was very comfortable and well designed. For the location being on top of a shopping centre, it is very quiet. The pool was clean and well kept. However, it was a bit warm. The reception staff had a very personal touch and were interested in ensuring our comfort. They assisted with our random questions and concerns. The only advice would be to specify that happy hour is only valid at the restaurant and not anywhere else in the hotel. It is not specified on the advertising. That best be amended before a false advertising claim gets made. It is a great venue, and I would love to return when we are next in Kochi.

Hubby took me on surprise dinner on my Birthday in December 2024 The atmosphere is good with relaxing ambience. Staff is friendly and helpful . We opted for Buffet and kid's got discount. The spread was good with options in salad cheese crackers, continental, chinese & south indian cuisine. Food was good though it could be better. As nothing was exceptional. Desserts were good Overall good experience. As it's located in #forum mall there's enough parking and it's open from morning till night. There have staying options too. Didn't experienced that so no idea.

Truly an exceptional hotel with equally exceptional staff and hospitality. My 16 day stay was outstanding from check in to check out. The restaurant and staff including chefs couldn't have been more accommodating. Thanks for a memorable stay and look forward to staying with you again in a few months.

Staff was very warm and welcoming.staffs are very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff kept the room clean excellent service. The buffet and weekend live music was amazing at dinner time.The hotel situated inside the mall that was very convenient.I enjoyed the Spa ,facial ,movie and shopping. Staffs who work friendly in the dining area reception are very kind helpful and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel. I will rate 10.

One of the best property of Marriott. Did not have have the high expectations but it turned out be really very good in terms of the room, services, staff and food. Will definable recommend this one to family and friends. I will be definitely staying in this property for future travels.
