Cool vibes alongside pristine backwaters in Alappuzha. The 2 acre resort has two spacious rooms, living cum dining area, kitchen, an elegant swimming pool, a badminton court and a sprawling compound with trees and lawns. They provide cycles for riding. Need to order food in advance, as it is not prepared in the premises. The caretaker Sachu was very helpful. Ideal place for small get togethers and family outings.

Such a great location, brilliant views, clean and comfortable stay and great hospitality. The location is a lake facing property surrounded almost entirely by the lake. The stay is very well maintained with classy, contemporary, neat and clean rooms and the pool is very well kept. We had the property to ourselves for the night and the caretaker was very accommodating and helpful in arranging anything that we needed. Will definitely recommend for a family get together or a bachelor's trip. Only two rooms are available in the property, so plan accordingly.

We had an excellent experience at Stay Vista. The caretaker, Sachu, was exceptionally kind and supportive. The food was good overall--some dishes were truly impressive, while others were average. The pool and outdoor facilities were outstanding, with plenty of space for outdoor activities. Highly recommended! Special Note for Pet Owners: The property is listed as pet-friendly, and it appears the owner is a pet lover. According to the house rules on the website, pets are allowed to roam inside the house, except in the kitchen, on sofas, and on beds. However, upon arrival, we were told pets were not allowed inside the house, which was quite shocking. Later after request-The owner suggested keeping the pet in a cage indoors. With no other options and out of respect for the owner, we complied. For those living outside India they know, it's important to note that the rules displayed on the website or other public platforms should ideally be honored. If changes are necessary, compensation should be considered. However, we are not focusing on compensation here. Overall, our stay was fantastic, but this is a heads-up for pet lovers to clarify the pet policy in advance or explore other truly pet-friendly options.
