Starlit Suites Kochi

I had a very pleasant stay at Starlit suites. I had a free upgrade and the rooms were spacious. The highlight was the large balconies that have a great view of the city and the highway. The pool is very accessible too. Overall it was a great stay and Nancy was a warm, cheerful receptionist who helped me out whenever I needed help.

The first look of the rooms are decisive in every way. The flush was out of order for about 4 hours after check in. Even worse the chain of the main door which is meant for safety literally came out and the door can be opened by the staff anytime which is a major security breach. (I appreciate the paneer though.)

I spend two nights in December at this place. Nice and quiet place. It has a pool gym and a great cafeteria with awesome service staff. I have put some photos of the place and more importantly of the restaurant staff who were extremely courteous.|I have had the experience of staying two nights and also using the services of their conference room on the 6th floor for a two day corporate training program. Was highly impressed by the service which the 6th floor team provided. Have put a photo graph of some of them. Thank You Team Starlit Suite Kochi

We, a group of 7 persons coming from Delhi stayed in Hotel Starlit Suites for one day. It was a fantastic experience. The food was extremely delicious. Room service was excellent. There are all possible facilities like swimming pool, gym , etc. in the hotel. Most importantly, the staff members were extremely polite and prompt. When ever we come to Kochi in future, we shall stay here only.

Not good enough. The air conditioner isn't functioning. There are some cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. They ought to keep the rooms hygienic. The food is good. However, the experience isn't really excellent altogether.

Nice stay. I am very comfortable. Reception staff upgraded the room for me. Thank u so much. I am visit again.

Even though the hotel is located is at prime location, the facilities need to be upgraded to meet the requirements such as: 1. One lift is always under maintenance (for the 5 days I stayed), which causes wastage of time to wait for the lift . 2. Not much variety in the breakfast which is served as complimentary. 3. Even though they claim to clean the rooms, every day I found hair bunches coming from here and there when I switch on the fan 4. Since the entrance is little bit inside from road, there should be proper identification at the road side for the ease of customers. 5. Since it is apartment type , it looks pretty odd as we have to walk a bit from lift to reach the rooms. 6. Drainage systems from the bathroom need to be maintained. 7. Lack of proper communication even within the reception staffs of morning and night duty. 8. Even though TVs are placed , no channels were available. So either get the TV removed or do the recharge. 9. Better room service is recommended.

I stayed in Starlit suites before aswell. It was a pleasent stay then, But unfortunately, this time the stay was not so pleasent. Rooms were not cleaned enough. Upon complaining the staff responded positively, cleaned as required.
