Had a wonderful experience. very nice stay in Kochi. They give the best for the price. The behavior of the staff are good and helpful. The location is very near form the Kadavanthara metro station

Didn't get basic amenities like tv , hot water and tissues.

Had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was unhygienic, with a stinky and torn bed sheet and blanket that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was dirty. Despite requests, the staff didn't bother to change the bedsheet or clean the bathroom.

Booked three rooms for a wedding function. Disappointed with their service and rooms. The dealings of staff at reception was very bad. He was very rude. Such a pathetic attitude and rude behavior. Rooms were not clean, especially bedsheets and blankets were not neat. Parking is very very limited. Overall disappointed with their rooms and especially attitude of the staffs at reception.

Staffs are very rude. Atleast try to maintain good staffs at your place since you can't maintain clean bed sheets and towels. Only thing that's plenty in this place are mosquitoes. Worst customer service experience ever !!! Google doesn't have an option to give zero star and thereby I am giving you one star. Improve on your customer relations or there are plenty of hotels available for customers.

very bad experience ever... we booked and paid for a room via oyo... when we reached the hotel they told that its not the hotel owned by oyo.. and they will not provide room below 900 rupees... and if we had already done the payment online, we should pay the rest amount to the gpay number of the person who collected our details in reception desk. we cannot understood the logic behind it, still to avoid clashes we had paid the amount.. the room was not hygienic.. it is not worth for 900.. worst experience
