Rooms are ok.. staff behaviour is good and helpful.. no hot water ... Only one towel provided.. no complimentary water .. no resturant inside the hotel ... If you are booking food through oyo they will get tht from the near by restaurant... That too after 8.30 am

The hotel was nice and in a great area. We stayed here for our business meets. Easy access to almost main area of kochi.The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly but quality of services not good

The stay was absolutely good. Well maintained room . Clean washroom. Good staffing. The only disadvantage that I found was it caused more to find the proper location. Otherwise no problem. Equipment, furniture ...all good. Couple friendly stay.

Staff is good. No food avbl. The photo in Oyo is misleading. It does not have such spacious parking. Room is spacious. Bathroom floor could be more neat.

"The Staffs are very friendly. Rooms and amenities are also ok. Basically they are real value for money considering the complimentary breakfast. The best part of the hotel is Location.

Pathetic hotel. Fans not working. No geyser. Rooms full of mosquitoes and hotel does not even provide all out. The most surprising thing I have ever came across is there was no availability of mineral water. Receptionist was rude and arrogant. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL.

The main problem is ' ac is centralised throughout the floor so that if one person changes the mode, it effects everyone else, and also cooling isn't great' There's no parking in the front We booked through oyo and the photos were great in oyo. But in real rooms doesn't look like photos and also were very small. Toilet is also small.

We had a pleasant stay in kochi. Its a budget friendly property admist the city. The room were spacious and clean. Totally recommend.
