Serene Waters

Spent a weekend with extended family and kids here. Had booked the entire place and it was a great stay. The two swimming pools are the highlight of the stay where everyone enjoyed a lot. One of the best places in and around kochi for a great family get together with privacy and luxury experience.

We went for an outing for a day with family. We had a smooth booking process and they accommodated changes we wanted. The checkin, facilities, food, rooms and the pool were very good. The property itself is located right on the backwaters and very beautiful and calm. The caretaker was extremely helpful and made all arrangements on time.

What a wonderful experience. Right from the first discussion, Vineeth and the team at Serene Waters were so helpful and accommodating. We had planned a get together for around 30 people and took up the entire resort for this purpose. From giving multiple options for our food at amazing prices to going above and beyond to make everyone comfortable, the team here was just brilliant. The rooms are large and spacious with a walk-in bathroom. There are two swimming pools - an indoor pool as well as an infinity pool. Besides this, there's a wonderful deck overlooking the river which makes for an amazing spot to have lunch or dinner with a view. There's even a tree house if you want an additional option for playing games or having food. It's a very serene spot, ideal for families and large groups. Appropriate child friendly safety measures are in place too. The food prepared by them was really tasty with plenty of options for everyone to enjoy. Parking - can easily park around 5 - 6 vehicles with space just outside as well. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning back here for sure.

What an amazing stay we had. I never experienced such service in am airbnb. We had 2 lovely housekeepers who brought us breakfast and did shopping. The owner was very communicative and so well organized. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had a stay here and it is amazing! the ambience was perfect and serene as the name suggests and it was a perfect place to sit down and relax. We had a blast in the infinity pool. Definitely visiting them again!

It has been our privilege to be among the first guests at Serene Waters when it opened its doors in 2021 with just three bedrooms. From that very first visit to today, the service has remained consistently exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and impeccably maintained. The property is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with ample crockery. The barbecue, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the backwaters, offers an experience that is both divine and serene. The newly added infinity pool has quickly become the centerpiece of the place. Serene Waters comfortably accommodates over 20 people, making it ideal for larger groups. The local cuisine is wonderfully prepared and incredibly delicious. Vineeth and his team are always attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs. I've visited this place countless times, and each experience has been as refreshing as the last. Well done, Serene Waters - your consistency and commitment to excellence are truly remarkable. I went to serene waters with my family and college friends, one thing to note, reaching there could get a bit tough. The roads leading to the stay are pretty bad and confusing. But once you reach there it transports you to a different vibe. One of the best spots to stay in. It's a big place with 2 pools, one connected to the room and another one as infinity pool will glass for walls. The property faces backwaters,It's beautiful, the top room is massive and good for couples /with kids, rest of the rooms were pretty small. I was lucky to get the top room so my infant was having a blast trying to explore and walk around. The caretaker is very nice and friendly and helped us throughout. people there are generally sweet, though we had a language barrier they were very accommodating and i communicated mostly in broken malyalam and English and it worked :) Food was also fantastic, you have to tell them in advance and they served some really nice authentic food. Another thing to note, the place/stay feels a bit undone. It's still in construction there were guys constructing the rest of the property, hopefully that will be done by next month or so. Also when you compare it to other Airbnb for the price you do feel you aren't getting the basic toiletries, and cleanliness around the property needs some work done,it just feels like it's still getting there. Overall a good stay with a group. The price is definitely a bit high, they should work on either that or make sure they give 3 star or 4 star feel.

Had a fantastic stay at serene waters. The location is very scenic and we can do many activities like kayaking, fishing and boating. The sunset view and boating experience was really good. The staff was very cooperative and the food was very delicious especially non veg meals and breakfast. The host Vineeth was very responsive. Thank you for hosting us and highly recommended staycation
