RIVER VIEW - Waterfront Villa

Nature's paradise in middle of the city. experience was very good. House arrangement and cleaning facilities were good. Complete kitchen. Seperate dining area, tv hall and wifi. Owner was very helpful. Full security with cctv coverage. zomoto and swiggy available very easily. Badminton court on property. Back water boat ride available at backyard, can njoying fishing too. Really njoyed my time. Have already recommended to some.

Lovely house in a lovely place. Dont expect a hifi resort or something. But a beautiful peaceful place to plan your get together. A bit remote, but accessible via car. Riverside property with enough parking space. Spacious bedrooms and common room. Well equipped kitchen which is ready to use. Plan to bring ingredients if you like to cook. Neat and tidy as well. Couple of downsides eventhough not major are. 1. The speed boat was not in working condition 2.No shops nearby to get things 3. No barbeque equipments or support (would have been perfect with this)

A quiet place to take ur time off from busy schedule. Mr Dileep is always there for you as an elder brother. Great view nice ambience,comfortable rooms. Drinking water is available. Badminton Court is also there. He has also provided emergency numbers and places near by jus incase we needed

The best ever room you can get to vibe with. Location is prime that you can access all the vibing spots. Good spacious bedroom. The space of the hall is enough to dance for 6-7 people.

Excellent, we enjoyed the peace, the peculiar fauna, the wonderful river, the very well-kept rural area, the super pleasant walks, the affable local population (in the centers).

A very nice and serene place to rest. It has a very beautiful view of the river which is very relaxing.host Mr. Dileep is a caring Host and guides us throughout the stay , the place is clean and tidy and is a home away from home , it's a must visit place and worth it

A perfect weekend getaway in Kochi.This place is located right at the bank of the river; making it even more appealing. It's the perfect place that describes the concept " home away from home". You can do fishing, play badminton, take a walk, enjoy swings and hammocks, go for cycling, boating all at this place.

Stayed their for two days and I'm so happy. Such a beautiful space and amazing service. Super affordable as well. Would definitely recommend to others!
