Radisson Blu Hotel, Kochi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I found the hotel to be well-maintained and welcoming. While the rooms are a bit older, they are exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made my stay enjoyable. I would like to give a special shout-out to James, who works on the floor. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all the facilities available at the hotel. His suggestions really enhanced my experience, and I greatly appreciate his assistance during my visit. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was quite good, adding to my overall positive experience. Thank you for providing a fantastic service and stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

You always go by the name of the brand when it comes to choose hotel because thats how u get assured that u ll get a good service but what actually makes your stay amazingly satisfied n happening is the hotel staff behind it. Mr Sunil Parashar is the same staff which made our stay memorable. We stayed at Kochi Radisson for 15 days n it felt like as if i am Mr Sunil's personal guest. His prompt service friendly behaviour n the way he was personally available day and night is commendable. Being north indian i find it very difficult when it comes to food of my choice specially in southern region of India but thanks to Mr Sunil i even got a food exactly how i like. So basically the hotel is very good worth for money staff are very polite n welcoming. I recommend everyone that if u r planning to go to kochi... plan ur stay at kochi radisson as it is well connected with metro and is in the heart of the city. They even upgraded our room without even we asking for it. N if you want your stay memorable and want to have an amazing experience then ask for Mr Sunil Parashar.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel! The business room was super cozy and offered a beautiful city view--perfect for both relaxation and work. The food was excellent, especially thanks to Manu and Grace from the main restaurant who went above and beyond to make dining a delight. A special thanks to Anjana from the Front Office for her warm hospitality and professionalism. They all played a big part in making my stay truly memorable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The breakfast at Radisson Blue kochi was amazing. The kerala BF was authentic. The pastries were tasty as well. The staff were great and service was prompt. Chef Shijo and Jesmon have done a great job. The rooms are small but convenient. The metro just outside the hotel made things easy.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Kochi and had a great experience, especially with the South Indian food. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of traditional dishes like idli, dosa, and appam, all freshly made and served with flavorful chutneys and sambar. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation made it even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and ensured a smooth dining experience. The service at Keshia, the hotel's restaurant, was warm and professional, making meals even more enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing ambiance that added to the overall experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Kochi, and the hospitality was top-notch. , Radisson Blu Kochi delivers a satisfying stay with great food and service. Excellent service by the whole team including security outside to room boys inside. Crew in reception desk were very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and they helped us with a spare charger in no time. Everyone including Ms Rose in reception desk having a very good smile in face always. Whatever we experienced in hotel is wonderful and I don't have any negative experiences.

What a super lovely stay. Excellent staff for the duration of the stay which was the highlight for us - from the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel welcome and we found that there was a perfect balance between professionalism and being personable. The hotel had everything that we needed whilst visiting Cochin for tourism. We loved the pool - that you could relax, enjoy and be peaceful without staff interruptions but we know the phone was present and available should we had needed anything. Highly recommend to others and would happily return without any reservations or hesitations whatsoever. Many, many thanks from us both.
