I had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and great location--close to everything I needed. Nice place to stay. Maintenance of Hotel rooms and premises was good. More comfortable and safety for family stay. More Spacious for kids to play and sufficient car parking facility. Cost affordable.

Excellent hotel... got it by luck .... Did direct booking after seeing review... very near to lulu mall and accessible to all major attractions.... Staff at the reception, helpers and the owner are extremely nice and co operative.... Rooms are neat and maintained... reasonable tariffs...safe for families with young children... good overall ambiance.... Please open a full time restaurant also within the premises .... Thank you for the great stay..,

Had a wonderful stay at Phoenix holidays. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and cosy. Everything was well taken care of. It's a great place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely stay here again.

If you book directly through hotel, then thry will treat well. If you book from any other sites, they will be rude. Washroom quality is very bad as the Pipes and shower all got rust and there are lots of mosquitoes in the room. The room price is 1500 INR per day, they charged extra 500INR for 1hour late check out only because I didn't book directly through hotel. One request to hotel management that Please treat all guest in same way. If you gonna treat the guests who book through other sites, better Please remove the hotels from all other sites and make only durect booking. And kindly change the shower fitting which is in worse condition, too much rust and all ...which gonna make serious health issue to guests

The stay was really good and comfortable for families. The hotel was easily accessible for mall church and restaurant.. personally I rate for water it was really clean for consumption
