Rooms were clean..but bathroom was dark and smelly with no proper ventilation. Even the kitchen lacked hygiene which was not to my liking.The location is very good..

The best stay i had in kochi.. Awesome rooms, at the heart of kochin, panampilly nagar, service is also very good... Highly recommended.
One of the old park of panampilly nagar.... Now this hv become the meeting place of new gen lovers.... Teabreak is one of the famous cafe.
