The overall ambiance is serene, and the staff are friendly and helpful. While the non-AC rooms are quite average and could use some upgrades, the environment and surroundings more than make up for it. Opting for an AC room is a better choice, especially in hotter seasons. A great budget-friendly option for those looking to unwind in a natural setting.

I recently stayed in palm grove and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, neat, and well-maintained. The surroundings were tranquil, with lush greenery and an abundance of birds, creating a peaceful ambiance. It was truly rejuvenating to stay here.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. On the second day, they refused to provide even drinking water, saying it was only for the first day - something no decent hotel would do. When we requested to keep our bags at the hotel for just a few hours after checkout, the staff rudely told us that the owner would scold them if they allowed it. This is basic hospitality that most hotels provide without issue. The condition of the room was also terrible - the beds were uncomfortable, the towels were dirty and worn out, and overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort and their behavior was consistently unfriendly. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better places with respectful staff and basic guest services.

We don't like the rooms but the atmosphere was really great. They have parking facilities and grounds to play. There we feel like there are not safe and secure as a couple. But we manage to stay. We don't have any other options. The place is best for bachelors. The amount is high and they feel a bit inconvenient to talk to the owner. We said that we pay after or when we get vacated but they didn't allow us to leave. So installment we pay 2.4k per 12 hrs there every hotel having 12 Hours only. If your bachelors go for it.. I don't have pictures. We stayed 3 days 4 nights

Good stay inside the city centre without any polution.peaceful atmosphere and less mosquitoes.its very near to metro station and easily accessible to the all part of the city . Some negatives is there but most of the features will cover all negavite shades.it is very much suit for families and children.there is a place available for campfire and jogging in the morning and evening.

Recently I stayed here compared to other hotels in Edapally the price was reasonable. The ambiance was awesome with a lot of tress surrounded by the hotel. The parking was fine and the hotel is Lulu mall and grand mall. The only negative thing is a lot of mosquitoes outside the rooms which is very common in Kochi.
