Very bad experience. It cannot be called a hotel. It is an apartment that these guys are somehow managing as a hotel. Location is not good. The worst thing is the service. Simply put.... They don't care. Avoid this at all cost.

Palmgrove D2V Apartments in Edappaly was an absolute nightmare and by far the worst experience we've ever had. The first room had a non-functional TV, despite their promise of a smart TV with Amazon Prime. After complaining, we were moved to another room where things got even worse--the fan and AC didn't work at all. When we brought this up, the staff had the audacity to tell us to vacate the property late at night, showing zero concern for our situation. Their behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and hostile, as they argued with us repeatedly instead of offering any solutions. They promised a refund but made us wait an agonizing half-hour while continuing to argue and waste our time. This place is a total scam, run by the most incompetent and disrespectful staff I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump like the plague--it's not worth your money, time, or sanity!

I used to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Kochi for business and personal purposes. The previous staff, a 22 year old boy was very friendly and helpful. But the last time I booked this place, the new staff - a middle aged guy, wanted to know if my I'm visiting with a girl. My friends got uncomfortable with his questions. So decided that this would be the last time I'm staying here, where I had to deal with moral policing. Apartment is really nice, in a quiet place. Nice, tidy room. But the when the wrong people handle the property, it ruins everything. I hope this will reach the property owner.

The room are very clean and well maintained. The only disappointment is breakfast provided by Treeboo was not good. Other wise everything was fine Environment is very calm and value for money

My family of 4 stayed here for one night. The 2 bedroom apartment was luxurious, spacious and clean. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly, and accommodated for any requests we had with no problems. We will definitely stay here again and recommend these apartments to everyone.

Good clean rooms at an average price. The reception staff was also very helpful. Individual rooms given are part of 2 bhk flats with a common kitchen and hall area. The whole 2 bhk can also be rented together for groups.

Best and clean rooms. Affordable price for room. Room service was excellent. Receptionists approched me very friendly and done what we want the help without any issues. Thank u guy.
