Very worst rooms & service, no safety

We booked this hotel through the MakeMyTrip app, but the pictures displayed in the application were significantly different from what we encountered at the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they did not have the room we had reserved due to all rooms being booked. Instead, they offered us a very small room on the 4th floor, which resembled a security room, and the condition of the entrance and nearby area was disappointing. After contacting MakeMyTrip customer care, we faced a prolonged delay of almost 3 hours without any assistance. It took six calls before the issue was resolved, and we were finally offered another room, which required cleaning. Despite this, we encountered further issues as the air conditioning in the room was not functional. This experience with MakeMyTrip was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Location of the hotel is very good. Bus stop is nearby and it is easy to get OLA or Uber. Hospitality is very good. Staffs are very cordial. Maintenance of the hotel is very good. Free wi-fi is available.The best part is that the owner personally monitored the maintenance and services of the hotel. I stayed in this hotel along with my family for 8 days and it was very comfortable stay for me. Check out and check in time is 12 AM to 12 PM. However, on my request they permit me early check in and late check out. Recently they have also started nice full-service restaurant.

My Company provided me stay in this hotel Green Dreams for overnight layover between flights. Green Dreams was actually nightmare, room was not cleaned, AC not working properly, Pungent smell in room, street food from roadside served as dinner, No Soap, Handwash, Toothbrush or even a comb was provided. When I called the reception first response by manager was 'Ha Bolo kya chaiye?? Handwash Soap sab apna leke aana wo sab nhi dega humlog'. This is worse than a 500 rupees lodge. Avoid!

Moderate a/c rooms at affordable price. Taxi service. Kind and helpful receptionists. No wifi provided for rooms booked through oyo on low price. Card lock offers great security. Average parking space ( most of their space are taken up by their on taxis, only just like a fifty mid class and high class cars). Clean, safe, homely. 4 stars for because there's room for improvement.

This place came up as a good budget accommodation option in our online searches and we made the bookings. When we went there, we had to wait for sometime before they actually retrieved the booking info and allotted us the rooms. The rooms are decent, well maintained and comfortable. The service is not really great as they also have a couple of other businesses, including a travel agency, all maintained by the same set of staff. So there is a delay before any of the requests are taken care of. They do have a restaurant but during our stay, it was not functional. They have ample parking space right across the road. The staff do try to accommodate requests like a small grace period before checkout, store luggage during the day after checkout etc as much as possible.

Very very bad behaviour.. They just don't have any sense how to treat with the visitors may be they maintenance is good.. We were near about 16-17 family; almost all people has gone for the lunch, but my elder sister and i was in the room; they just came and started to throw the luggages even in the absence of room holder, my sister politely ask for 5mint extra to call the people and take their own luggages out of the room but the owner of the hotel denied and behaved very rudely with us.. (He said, 'bahar niklo saab, chalo niklo) Then all people almost came from the lunch and a big quarrel started with the owner as he ordered his staff to throw the luggages( money bags and purse was also there).. He Almost threaded us by showing a punch in our face but atlast he was constrained to be obedience..
