Visited for the first time with my wife, just to sit for a while and try some soup. The place was neat and clean, and the staff were very polite. We ordered one soup and had it divided into two. The taste was really good, but the portion looked very small. My doubt is--how do they serve such a little quantity while charging a decent amount? As per government policy, customers have the right to receive fair quantity and value for the price they pay.

One of the satisfied get together we had in a while. They provided good service from start to end at a reasonable price and the food was good. The space provided by them for our program was very nice and hygienic.

Restaurant- food was ok. The juices were not good. Meat was too chilli, the paneer was not cooked northern style. Portions were good. But the service was poor. The waiters kept messing up orders and doesn't remember who ordered what. The air conditioning also didn't help make us comfortable

The experience was extraordinary..and the food was otherworldly..is what I would want to tell..in a city where high costs are the norm..this place provides accommodations at the peak at a reasonable price which all the way makes it worth the trip..I would recommend you to visit this place again..even the housekeeper respond u quickly..and this place provides u with utilities which make you wonder whether it's really 3star or worth much higher

No extra provided. Asked for extra bed.poor response from the staff. Enquired with staff, came to know that no proper bedsheet were provided by the owner. We adjusted with 2 beds even we paid for 3.

We had dropped in to have lunch and was really surprised with the customer service... Such polite staff, very courteous and well mannered.. right from the gate keeper who was so helpful while parking the car and later on letting us safely on to the very busy road things were simply great just like the food they served..

This restaurant's service was incredibly disappointing. I placed a simple order for Kerala chicken curry and 5 porottas, which took an unreasonable 1.5 hours to arrive. The excessive wait time was frustrating, but the lack of basic customer service made it even worse. When I asked for drinking water after a long wait, it took 15 minutes and multiple reminders to get a jug of water, without glasses. I had to ask again for glasses. The food quality might be decent, but the poor coordination and extremely slow service overshadow any positives.
