Had a Pleasant experience in a while. The services and information touch points were well executed, displayed and made me feel secure and respected. The branding and aesthetics are also very welcoming and warm. Each and everyone from the staff attended us with utmost respect and hospitality. There are good hangout spots nearby for evening and night walks. A bar and cafe in the same premises add more utilitarian value

Rooms were clean ,comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive ,breakfast was really awesome .laundry service was free.The location was just great. Overall my stay was memorable and lovely. Liked the Japanese style of the hotel .

Have been here twice and I've fallen in love with this place. Firstly, the hotel policy is amazing. Unlike other hotels where they have a fixed time to check in and check out, here they allow you to check in at any time and you only need to check out 24 hours after check in! So it's perfect for travelers. The hotel staff are also incredibly supportive, be it with the food or the care they give you and your family. The location is also nice as it's at kadavanthara and it allowed us to get to where we needed to go without any hassle. And finally, the rooms themselves were really clean and hygienic with ample facilities and timely service.

Stayed for 6 days. Pros: well located. Staff is polite & Helpful. Rooms are spacious. Cons: Mattress springs are so weak that you will have neck pain when you wake up next morning. The shower shampoo was not refilled for 3 consecutive days. No proper room cleaning. I could see a few roaches in the bathroom. Free buffet is not upto the mark. Food is Not tasty, spoons & forks on table never cleaned. There are small ant like creatures on the dining tables on 5 th floor. The toilet shower is not continuous but gives short bursts and vibrates Hot water consistency is not there. AC doesn't give you the cooling even at 16*C. Yet the staff is polite so you don't feel like getting angry at them. Will I stay again? I will have to rethink.

Let me tell you guys, this hotel experience was something else. Right from the start, the staff was so polite and friendly. I had requested an early check-in, and guess what? They accommodated it without any fuss. That's not all these people actually care. Imagine this, they called to remind us about breakfast. Yes, breakfast! And even though it was a buffet, they didn't hesitate to help us get the items we missed, right to our table. The room service staff? Equally amazing. Always smiling, always ready to help, no matter what. The warmth and care here are genuine, not just some scripted customer service act. So, if you're planning to visit this place, don't think twice. I'd definitely suggest this hotel, a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and people who actually care.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a fantastic experience--I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel with all amenities provided. Stayed there for a day and the people were very friendly and helpful. Only issue was the food. Very little options and almost none for vegetarians.

A Grateful Parent's Review - Care Beyond Expectations Although I wasn't a guest at the hotel myself, I feel compelled to share this review as a deeply grateful parent. My daughter and her friends recently stayed here between 10th and 13th Apr25, and not only did they have a wonderful and safe experience, but I was also personally reassured by the Sales Manager - Vyshakh, who took the time to reach out to my daughter the next day and provided me with a thoughtful update. This kind of genuine care and attentiveness goes far beyond standard hospitality. Knowing that your loved ones are in safe hands is priceless. I truly appreciate the service, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire Niko family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.
