My stay at Nettoor pavilion was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.Highly recommend , like a great breakfast buffet or . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Cochin Town. Cleanliness: Neat and clean the room and common areas. Staff service: very friendly staff and helpfulness of the staff. Room comfort: good bed quality, room size, and amenities. Location: very convenient the hotel's location is from Cochin lulu mall . Specific positives: good features like a great breakfast, unique decor. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay." I booked this hotel early in the morning for a convenient stay close to a nearby hospital, and the location was ideal. The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the toilet was unacceptable--it was filthy. The check-in and check-out times listed were incorrect, and I was charged 2020 rupees despite the Booking.com price showing around 1800 rupees, taxes included. I also didn't receive a bill for my stay.

It will be quite helpful if you are seeking for a one-day stay. The main draw is not a location to rush. Additionally, there is a lift and wifi.

Routine things in this Pavilion hotel are absurd for few reasons. -Bathroom has motion sensor-based lights and ventillator fan but never work properly. They have faulty timer with 4 seconds on mode then automatic off (even if sensor identifies movements, light will on sporadically or irregularly)..ITS REALLY IRRITATING, esp. during night time..complained to Reception, but they were not in a mood to repair, but daringly defending the faultiness.. - There are Intercom cables in every room, but surprisingly no phone..According to Hotel staff, calling into a mobile phone is more convenient than an intercom..pity.. -They provide 1 drinking water bottle and 2 inch soap for 4 days stay...amazing..Customer will have to repeatedly request for a next piece.. -NO RESTAURANT attached.. You have to order from outside.. Funniest part is that, hotel staff very cunningly justify these faults.. Pros: Nice comfortable mattress, other furnitures, and rooms are clean Staff like Renjith, Ashlin are polite and responsive, but another one staff Ahmed Razzak in reception was arrogant n arguing type..

Nice hotel with poor service. Can't even expect a room boy. And basic things like water is also charged.

Budget friendly room, which is okay for a short stay. Room was with average cleanliness, but small. Kind of isolated area.

Nice helpful staff. I spent there only 2 nights. Room was nice, bed comfortable enough, A/C, clean bathroom. 1800 rupees per night.

Room was Cleanly maintained. Service and Response also good. They have provided Coffee as Complimentary. Overall ambiance and Service was good with Budget Cost.
