Le Meridien Kochi

It was a nice stay here. Rooms were big and comfortable. AC was good. Bed switches were comfortable. Bed was more comfortable compared to Kochi Marriott. Food was good and tasty. Breakfast buffet spread was good. The dining area was spacious too. The lobby area was pleasant. Check in was fast. Receptionists gave me an early check in. All staff were well behaved and Service was top class. Bar was not crowded and enjoyable. Abhishek made a great cocktail of bloody mary with vodka. Very good taste with a wow effect it was. Don made another longitude mule cocktail which was ok. But not to miss the bloody mary. Happy hour 1+1 is in the Veranda open air but only limited varieties. Front office Asst Manager Axat was good in engaging conversation to understand our taste and giving good suggestions. Quick to reply to my mails also which makes you feel good. Towels looked old, time to replace. Very peaceful stay. Even though the property is old it is well maintained. Appreciation to the team.

Happy to visit this place. Atmosphere is the most beautiful thing. would love to visit more for business purposes and staffs are quite best at service and the way the do conversation! We stayed in this hotel for one day with family. It is a pretty big property with a grand view as we enter the gate. Check in took some time and one thing i felt strange was that they asked an ID proof for my 11yr old kid. So be prepared for that. The front entrance and verandha has the grandeur of a 5* hotel. We were given a room in the first floor eventhough i made a request for higher floor. The carpets in the walkway were looking old and faded. Please plan to replace it.The room was upgraded from city view to lake view however since it was in 1st floor, what could be seen was only the swimming pool. The room toilet had broken flush buttons. The lifts though renovated, are slow which needs an upgrade.The parking lot is too far from the entrance with no dedicated walkways for customers. Breakfast buffet was excellent, doing justice to its standard. Sambar needs more attention in the masala. Overall i felt, Its a great property with great location and scale, however needs attention to every detail meeting 5* standard. Thankyou

It was a great experience here.I really liked the breakfast and the servers were quite good. Sorry but don't remember thier names.|Room was cleaned and neat. Staffs are very cordial and ever smiling. I liked the hotels surroundings, it's very greenish.|Housekeeping staff did a great job. They handle all my requests. |Specially Sonia she briefed me about the tourist spots as this is the first time I came to kochi. She patiently answered all my queries. Kudos to the team of le Meridien kochi. Thank you for making my business trip a memorable one

Stayed for a week for business. The stay was pleasant , room was comfortable and clean,cozy bed.|Though the property was bit old , it is well maintained. I wish the management can think of sound proofing , I could hear the neighbors and telephones ringing very well.|Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options , please don't miss the filter coffee ! |Location is bit away from city center,which might be an advantage if you are looking for relaxed holiday.|Despite being far away , I was surprised that uber(taxi) pickups quite fast, you could get a cab in 2 mins anytime. |I would recommend for family too.

Hospitality and food at Le Meridien are truly outstanding. We stayed there for a couple of days and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant team served us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making every meal special.|A special thanks to Sonia for taking such great care of our room -- her attention to detail made all the difference. One of the OG hotels in Kochi, Le Meridien Kochi Maradu stands tall with its impeccable service and attention to detail. |Thanks to the folks at check in who upgraded me to a premium room with the view of the back-waters.||The linen is incredibly fresh and the bed stills feels new :). They have huge spacious bathrooms and you will find an in built bidet as well. ||I was given a 20% discount on my therapy at the spa, the therapist took such good care, it aided in the best sleep ever. Kudos to the team at the spa. |Breakfast buffet spread is huge and has a mixed assortment of cuisines, please do sample their appams, vegetable stew, puttu and the kadala curry. ||10/10 Team! keep it up

The place is really good and amazing place for a weekend getaway. Overall, completely happy with the experience. 4 star because of 2 things - Dinner was not up to the mark and the open air sections are not that great compared to other places. Note: Even though dinner was not that great, the breakfast was amazing - great taste and wide range of options.
