Kochi Marriott Hotel

I have stayed at a lot of Marriott hotels over the years, i must say this is one of the best experiences of them all. The hotel staff and the service they provide is exceptional. It's obvious they make it a point to provide the best possible customer service. The restaurant staff are so kind and helpful. They seem to anticipate your need and already there when you need something. We had the breakfast buffet every day we were there, again, hands-down, one of the best! You won't be disappointed they have a great combination of Kerala breakfast as well as Western, etc. I think juices alone, they must have half a dozen variety made fresh, we enjoy the beat Root, carrots an apple juice very much. This time around, we also stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bugatti location just to try it out. It is also an exceptional hotel, but from a service perspective, Marriott Kochi is the absolute best. What Hyatt has going for itself is the facility, there are many amenities, and the location is great for a serene experience. But the staff and Service is not up to par with Marriott. Hope this helpful to somebody who is looking to stay in one of these places.

As frequent travelers and elite Marriott members, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on the executive floor and it did not disappoint!! The hotel is well situated and conveniently located next to the popular Lulu Mall. From the excellent front desk staff to the golf cart service to and from the mall & the onsite dining, we had the best experience! The room was clean and spacious -the bed/mattress was too soft but still comfortable. The chef/sous chefs as well as all other staff were very attentive and friendly! The chef personally checked in on us a few times and so did other staff to ensure our food and drinks were to our liking. The food was quite tasty, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Cook to order stations as well as self serve areas were well staffed. We did not use the pool or spa services so cannot comment. Overall, a great experience!

We recently went on our very first holiday as a family since our son was born, and we couldn't have chosen a better place than the Marriott in Kerala. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, especially with a little one. Every detail from the room setup to the friendly service made our experience special and stress-free. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was just what we needed to relax and enjoy quality time together. Thank you to the Marriott team for making our first family trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Rooms - clean, spacious, and comfortable. ||Cassava - Great food! Good ambience. Polite staff. The non-veg thali is a must try.||Amenities - versatile gym, clean and enjoyable pool. ||Great hotel, we come every 2-3 months! Highly worth the time :)

I visited the Marriott Kochi today to attend an exhibition setup, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers a spacious and well-designed area for exhibitions and small programs, making it an ideal venue for such events. The space was not only nice and clean but also well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. The hotel facilities are undoubtedly among the best in Kochi, and its prime location in the heart of the city adds to its appeal. Whether you're there for an event or a stay, the convenience of being centrally located is a big plus. What stood out the most, however, was the service--top-notch in every way. The staff was attentive, professional, and made the experience even better. Overall, the Marriott Kochi is a fantastic choice for events and stays alike. Highly recommend it!

Excellent service from Mr.Banarsi and Joseph. We celebrated our sons first birthday dinner here.|They gave us a surprise as well. Throughout, they were with us catering to all our needs.||I would recommend coming here for the service and ambiance. A very good experience.
