Kings Fort Rooms

Was easy to locate. Had ample parking space. Staff at the reception was courteous. Room was neat, though floor tiles had stains/ were faded. Lift was not working so had to climb two floors. Only a towel was provided in the room. No toiletries. (May give soap if asked for). One bottle of water was complimentary. Cleanliness in the common areas such as corridors was really poor. Could see food waste in plastc covers kept in the corners. Surprisingly, there were no mosquitoes in the room. Overall, will say value for money. If you want to just sleep a night on a budget near Tripunithura, this place is a good option.

Not in the center of Ernakulam but in the outskirts . I had booked the room in Agoda for an amount of 1100. for the same budjet this room is absolutely worth it. Worth for bachelors and couples .

Rooms are very clean but there were few things made me disappoint, they don't provide any services except parking & AC once you book the room. No drinking water, No face towels, No Toilet soaps will be provided. They just give you access key once you rush to reception area but staff available at reception is super cool. Note: Toilet/Wash rooms are neat and clean

The staff was the worst. The hotel had such bad standards of hospitality that I'd suggest this hotel to everyone I hate. The receptionist 10D was the worst thing in the hotel. Very rude behaviour and attitude towards the guests. Need to replace him if you need business. The receptionist shouted at elderly people and threatened to kick them out. How pathetic can this guy be? Please fire him. You deserve better ratings if it wasn't for the hostile staff.

Rooms are okay for the price. Room is spacious and most of the basic facilities are there. The bathroom had a fowl smell which was the only con i faced. Property is located in the busy market area of Thripunithura. There is also small parking space. Staffs are friendly.

Very nice place to stay with family. I stayed one day. very neat and clean rooms and surroundings . Staff behavioral very good they are very helpful. When I need iron box just I called the reception they provide iron box immediately. Provides two bed and three bed rooms separately. It will be comfortable for those who family comes with children. Available hot water for those who like to take a warm bath.As name says kings fort staff treet s customers like a kings.

Stayed for a day in a 3-bed room. Decent size, very clean room and bathroom. Soft towels plus other toiletries. Friendly staff. They also have parking space for a few cars. Overall recommended. Given one star less because they don't have an attached restaurant, but they can arrange stuff from outside.

New building,proximity to town. But hairs all over in the bed sheet. Fan regulator works only in 5th speed. Ac remote battery was dead. Maintenance quality is big 0,must improve.
