Excellent Long Stay Experience at Keys by Lemon Tree, Kochi||I had a long stay at Keys by Lemon Tree in Kochi during my official work, and I must say it was an excellent experience throughout. The staff here is highly professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.||Special mention to Mr. Anoop ji and Ramesh ji at the restaurant for their politeness and consistent efforts in providing great service. Their warm and courteous approach truly made every meal enjoyable.||A big thank you to Mr. Gopal, whose cheerful attitude and prompt service always brought a smile during busy days--his time-bound and friendly service was genuinely appreciated.||I would also like to appreciate Miss Shalini, who has recently joined the team. Her professional approach towards guests and pleasant nature reflects great potential. I wish her a bright and successful future ahead.||Overall, the stay was comfortable, the hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Kochi.

Overall a good experience. The rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. The staff was polite too. I didn't have any food here, so can't say about that but looking at other people having their dinner when we checked in, it feels like the food quality would have been good too. The location is also quite in the centre, so easy to commute wherever one needs to from the hotel.

It's a mixed review. I booked this hotel through MMT. Check-in was smooth, but I was disappointed when I entered the room, Room no 510. There was no tea table to place food or the tea tray. Also, when I plugged in my charger, the power socket wasn't working. I asked for the food menu--they said there's a QR code on the table, but there was no QR code anywhere. The room was very old and in terrible condition. The floor was messy. I reported all these issues to the manager Mr Jobi. He took immediate action and shifted me to a renovated room on the 7th floor, room no. 719 but once you unpack your luggage, packing it all over again and shifting rooms becomes a very painful experience. Keep in mind, all rooms are 210 square feet, so don't expect it to feel like a 4-star hotel. Now coming to the check i , check-out experience--it was smooth. The breakfast was awesome, and their spread was sufficient for a 4-star standard. Overall, the room experience was terrible, but the front desk and food experience were excellent.

I was there for 10 days for work related meetings. From March 30 to April 9. Checking out today. I had a good comfortable stay. Staff is very courteous and amenities neat. I must mention the restaurant staff Mr Ramesh and his team for outstanding service and attention. Breakfast menu was always sumptuous and fresh made. Thank you Keys team.

Stayed over at the property. A Relaxing Stay with Good Service Keys Select provided a comfortable room. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was attentive and caring. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The hotel's decor was good too. Gaurav and others were very helpful indeed. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Keys Select. Wish them all the best wishes.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at Keys Kochi Hotel. Construction work started near our room early in the morning, around 9 AM, causing a lot of noise and disturbing our sleep. We had come here to relax, but the constant noise ruined our peace. Despite repeatedly informing the hotel staff, no action was taken. My wife kept calling the reception, but there was no response, and the work continued without any courtesy or communication from the hotel's side. It was very unprofessional and not what we expected from a reputed hotel. A simple courtesy call or advance notice would have made a difference.
