It is located through a winding road which is not walkable as the road is not finished. ||- Unhealthy and safety problems in the bathrooms. Black Mold is predominant on the walls of Bathroom of JVK Park Hotel rooms and probably on the underside of the beds. If any past customers or future customers who end-up having respiratory issues as a result of their stay in the JVK Park Hotel, Kochi, the guests should be able to sue the JVK Park hotel, Kochi, for the presence of black mold in the rooms. Future customers/guests should take photographs of the affected rooms for the presence of black mold which could be useful during the legal action against JVK Park Hotel, Kochi, and 'Rahul' chartarum.||- I booked this JVK park hotel room through Makemytrip.com and Makemytrip made a mistake in booking only 2 people for 2 rooms. When we went to check-in the bulky manager by the name 'Rahul' chartarum (last name is unknown and hence gave Rahul the last name as chartarum [Stachybotrys chartarum (black mold)] and the Receptionist declined the check-in despite offering to address the MakeMyTrip.com mistake. Although, makemytrip never resolved and we ended up paying more. Make mytrip customer service sucks so beaware before booking through this website. ||- The Reception staff at JVK park hotel were very rude and were trying to teach math to extract more money for Makemytrip website's mistake in booking! How dumb is that! Rahul chartarum is responsible for overseeing the property and safety of hotel guests who stay in these rooms, and while requesting resolution of differences, he vanishes! The so called 'Rahul' should be fired if JVK hotel, Kochi, needs to survive. The guy 'Rahul' is rude, extortionist and does not behave appropriately with the foreign guests. In this process, Rahul forgets that instant pleasure may satiate his low esteem, but in the long term he looses customers which is not good for the Hotel. JVK Park management should hear loud and clear that 'Rahul' chartarum should be FIRED for his incompetence and behavior. ||- Basic amenities in JVK park hotel, Kochi, such as a soap dish in each bathrooms, and refrigerators in each guest rooms are not provided for healthy experience of Kerela. JVK park hotel is not a 4 star (*) hotel as it does not have essential amenities that qualify for a 4 star hotel. The front desk staff "Shoheb Rehman" acknowledged on March 2, 2025, that none of their guest bathrooms have a place to put soap when taking shower. This means, you do not know where to place your soap when taking shower as there is no soap dish to put your soap! This is crazy! After complaint at the Reception, they added a small refrigerator to our rooms. At the most, the JVK Park Hotel, Kochi is a 1 or 2 star hotel but this hotel falsely markets itself as 4 star hotel which is misleading and false. So customers/guests, beware of your stay!||- This hotel is not for the elites or NRIs or foreigners as this JVC Park Hotel, Kochi, does not have the basic understanding of custormer service value nor they have an understanding of catering to the special group of people who want to enjoy Kerala. This hotel may be good for local Keralites as they are used to being served ordinarly. ||||This hotel does not deserve to be rated as 4 star as it does not qualify. NRIs, Foreigners or elites must not stay at this hotel as this hotel is not suitable for experiencing Kochi, India, for the Indian food, customer service or quality. This JVC Park Hotel, Kochi, is meant for ordinary Keralites who are okay accepting whatever is offered to them without any standards.

An Excellent ambiance. Good Food. Nice, Clean and Spacious Rooms. Prompt service by Reception Staff Mr. Shoheb. Very Polite and Co-Operative behaviour, Special Thanks to Mr. Rahul.

The worst stay ever in Kochi. Me and my wife stayed over this hotel for a night and the rooms were absolute disaster. At first it was cockroaches running and flying around. Then we asked to change the room. In the new room, The shower handle was broken, The shower was leaking like anything, Nothing is cleaned. Also the best funny thing is they turned off the centralized AC in the midnight and only cooler was working. The overall experience was like staying in a very poor lodge. I even mailed with photos and videos to the GM of the hotel. Waited for 6 days to see if they cares. Absolute no reply from anyone. This is how they are. if anyone is planning to stay as family, please look into any other hotels near by as this is not a good place. The overall experience was a disaster.

Worst experience. AC was not working. No proper room service. No hospitality .... Nothing.... Don't waste your money.... Don't ever choose this hotel.... It's an utter waste..... We were too very stressed rather than enjoying our trip.... It almost spoiled our trip....

We spent a night at JVK Park Hotel in Kochi, and our experience was just okay. The location was a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful at times, which was a letdown. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was average. Nothing spectacular, but it did the job. Overall, our stay at JVK Park Hotel was unremarkable. While the location was convenient, the subpar service and average food left a lot to be desired. *Recommended for:* Travelers looking for a basic, no-frills stay in a good location.

Staff is excellent, from manager to receptionist, food is nice , service is very nice. Enjoyed staying here. Recommended for everyone.

We had recently booked this hotel as we were on kerala toour, I found that bed is too small in size for two people. Also restourent service was too slow as we ordered just one portion of vegetable and 3 chapatis we have to wait for long. Also we felts that chapatis were stale. Overall experience was nice. good hotel to stay for 1-2 days as it was on main road and easier to access for all points in cochi

We went to jvk with more expectations.. we booked through Goibibo that not expected as they showed in the website photo's... And the lift is not working properly and the power also shut down all the tym... And the breakfast was not good they have limited menu only ( poori and oothapam ) and want to wait for 15mins to one poori.we paid 6200 for one night it was not worth for money all the furniture was old, and tv was not working, ac has no remote,bed was damaged and very small in size thats not comfortable for two adults.. better you can stay in some lodge.. The only Good thing is swimming pool and their bathroom..room service is also Good..but not worth the money..the balcony was not cleaned while we check in..we booked non smoking room but there is a cigarette piece in the balcony..want to improve on maintenance..and the room was very noise..the door lock sensor was not working.once we camed out then we want to wait for 10 mins to open the door.. overall worst experience we got spoiled our mood to enjoy..
