Hotel Thamam

If you're looking for a great place to stay near Edappally metro station and Lulu Mall, Hotel Thamam is highly recommended. The rooms are excellent with clean and tidy bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cochin. Overall, I rate it 4.5 out of 5.

I had the pleasure of staying 3 Nights at Hotel Thamam which is very near to Lulu Mall and Metro Station.The staff, especially Mr. Rahman was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was cozy and has a nice view of the City Road and Metro Rail. I recommend Hotel Thamam to anyone looking for an economical and comfortable stay at Kochi.

The rooms are clean big and well equipped with up-to-date amenities. The only negative is the lack of good vegetarian meal, which though is available easily a few minutes away. The nonveg food though is good. The location is great right next to the lulu mall.

As per makemytrip, the checkin is at 11 AM and checkout is 10 AM next day. I reached there at 9:45 AM and nobody was there at the reception. I had to call to the number and the receptionist came. But, he was saying checkin time is at 12 PM and checkout is at 11. It is written in the hotel board and he was showing that to me. But, that is not my concern and I have to go with what makemytrip offered. I told him the same and he asked me to call the manager. Frustrating.....! When I dialed the number, He asked my how much amount paid. I revealed it and then he called the manager then be asked me to wait 15 minutes as they have to clean the room. I waited and they could arrange the room and I got into the room at 11:15 AM I got surprised when I asked for the wifi password as there is no wi-fi. The room was ok. But, not worth for the money paid. TV remote was not working properly and I was unable to control the A/C cooling. The switches inside the bathroom were not usable and sealed with insulation tape and the plumbing items need cleaning and repairs There was no cloth hangers . The wall mounted table was inclined and the drawer is always pulled out and they/some has has fixed it by filling paper piece at the gap

Visited a couple of days ago. Was really hungry at 02.00 pm. Had a chicken Biriyani and shamam juice. Both were good at a reasonable price. It is a good restaurant but the parking space they have provided is a bit tight

Perfect rooms for a budget stay! So clean! Bed is good enough! Ac is working! Fan is OK. But coffee maker is too old. It could have been better! However, worth for what we pay!

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located very close to LuLu Mall and Metro station. In fact we walked across to the Mall. Rooms are neat, except that the air conditioner in our room did not work properly. Room service is restricted to the timings of the restaurant on the ground floor. Food at the restaurant is ok, but then we have many other options like Amby's nearby. On the whole, quite happy with our stay at Thamam. Will recommend it unhesitatingly. hi i have stayed more than 6 times on this hotel. the main attraction is it is located in mid of edappally. and rooms are clean . but i noticed something, my last 4 visits i ask them to swipe card for payment they said card machine not working, comon then we have to go for atm and collect cash tgen pay.... very uncomfortable
