Excellent stay here. The deluxe rooms were neat and clean. The glasses were clean with no prints. The helpfulness and attitude of all the staffs was exceptional. The location is pretty good as well. No complaints but just a feedback is their breakfast buffet had very limited options. Surely recommended.

Big rooms and comfortable beds. We came in late due to check-in issues with another luggage. They were quick to assign us a room and were even willing to let us view the room prior to confirmation. Even catered to connecting rooms. They were very helpful and accommodating. Also 5 stars for the cleanliness.

Good hotel and good service staff are also very caring. Rooms are neet and clean.. Overall very good atmosphere.. Also food are best in test.. Meeting room clean and aminities are functional.. This hotel best in kochi.. Thank your caring and love

The rooms are clean and near. Reception staff is very helpful. However we should not leave anything in room while checking out. Anything by mistake left we should forget it. We had kept a medicine bottle in fridge and forgot to take while checking out. With in 5 minutes of leaving hotel we recollected that we had forgotten the medicine kept in fridge and went back to hotel. But the medicine bottle was missing. So we should be careful about House keeping staff. That's why for Service Single Star.

Check-in time 1 pm is very late. It should be 10 or 11 am instead. We arrived at 5 am and had to take room in a different place and had to come at 1 pm to check-in! Hotel didn't allow me to cancel the booking,in spite of requesting directly and thru booking.com! I was ready to pay extra but the hotel said they were full. That's fine but don't know why they were hesitant to allow cancellation once booked thru booking.com.

The hotel is located in the prime location. The service provided by the hotel is decent. Breakfast had varieties and they were good. The rooms and the bathrooms are not very neat. The bathroom construction is too bad. No proper spacing in the bathrooms... Too difficult for elder people to stay comfortably.

The location is good. The guys at the reception can improve. They come across as a bit unfriendly. The F&B team is excellent. Especially Shobha maam is very helpful and courteous. Her customer service is truly commendable. The biggget drawback is that there is only one lift which takes a lot of time to reach.

Excellent facility at the heart of Cochin, just 300 metres away from North Railway Station. Very clean rooms, Exemplary Service & Very helpful staff add to the beautiful ambience of this hotel. Needless to mention the exotic menus available at the restaurant. Have got the opportunity to do many training programs at this hotel as they have fully equipped halls of different size matching the number of participants. The warm friendship & care extended by the team led by Mr.Kiran Koshy is commendable. Thank you
