Hotel Pearl Palace

I have rate 1 star for room and services as not have option to select in negative.. Worst experience ever. Also I haven't booked myself booked by agency that's why we suffer a lot because all payment made in advance. Their food quality 3rd class We have ordered butter paneer masala they add sugar Instead of salt and then manger says chef added by mistake. We ordered veg Briyani they provided us plain rice with layer of sambhar. We ordered noodles they haven't add salt into it.. We ordered lime soda and they provided us sprite cold drink. And at the time of feedback they say now issue thankyou for your lovely feedback. I never ever recommend anyone to visit this local 3rd class hotel Neither they have good rooms nor they have food chefs and food quality. Too much attitude and ego in manger. Too much smell and mosquitos in rooms Pls go ahead for booking at your own risk

However, the furniture felt slightly outdated, and the mattress could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with a small but sufficient variety of options. However, I would have appreciated fresher ingredients and more vegetarian choices. For the price, the experience was fair, but there's room for improvement in terms of modernizing the interiors and upgrading the overall comfort. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay and don't mind a few minor inconveniences, this hotel is a decent choice. We stayed at this hotel for one day. It is very close to the KSRTC bus terminal and the Metro terminal, making access to the hotel very easy. The staff are courteous and ready to provide any support, especially the front office manager and the front desk staff.||The room is spacious, neat, and clean. The housekeeping service is very efficient. The room is equipped with a Google Smart TV and has clean and tidy bathrooms fitted with new fixtures. The breakfast, which is complimentary, offers a limited selection but is sufficient for a traveler.||I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel looks nice from the outside but the furniture inside is very old. There is room service for breakfast and dinner so they run it according to them. The bathroom is very old according to today's standards. But there is no hand wash in that bathroom. The window is always closed so there is a lot of suffocation.

Initially rooms assigned on 2nd floor were unclean and dusty, but after informing the management about it, they were quick to give us a better room on 3rd floor (most likely a newly renovated floor). Staff hospitality and customer service are good, breakfast range could have been better, cleanliness of 2nd floor rooms definitely needs to be improved.

Clean room and toilet. Good service. Average breakfast. Easy access to South railway station and 10 min away from North railway station.

Best place to stay... I've recently stayed and I'm very much satisfied. Special mention on the food, it was fantastic... The rooms are super clean and very much friendly service.

Bad service! Breakfast got finished very quickly even though I was on time, had to wait in line for 1 hour for every item available for breakfast even for the water glasses , there was no proper response from the manager , overall it was a bad experience staying at hotel pearl palace. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
