Hotel O Mezban Grand Suites

Never book through oyo. On 22 jul 23 i booked through oyo app at mezban grand siuits, Ernakulam and got a confirmation message of booking. So i paid in advance throuh oyo app. Later when i contacted hotel reception they denied the room and told they dont accept oyo booking, if need had to pay advance to them personally. So i contacted oyo and they made many attempts to contact various hotel but none of their hotel dealers were ready to give room through them. In the mean time i was holding the call for around half an hour. At last they told they are helpless will refund my money. So guys now never book through oyo app. Its really a waste of time and will disturb your mind in the journey.

Don't book through oyo, it's waste of time. I booked a room here and got confirmation messages through whatsApp and also by call. Thank god I called the concerned person of the property by evng and he told that no rooms available u can search somewhere else. I called oyo customer care and told the issue and very politely they responded and shifted my booking to another hotel nearby. That call lasted for 30 mints and she told me that she called the property manager, everything is set. They are ready to accommodate you, extra money will ne taken by us as complimentary. You room is confirmed and you can go there. I was soo happy with their approach. But when I reach the new hotel they also told like rooms are not available here. what the hell. So if u are booking in oyo, confirm with that property immediately, if they have room available or not.

Such a worst service ever, initially through phone call they behaved sweet, after paying them they just changed their behaviour the way they behave to customers are not acceptable.never book through online its complete waste , dont see their room image online its entirely diffferent from the original The staffs were drunken and after checkin they are not ready to cooperate with the customers , not at all suggestable for family I would give 0 rating for their service and room

Room sarvis is comfort and very clean
