Such a rude behaviour, we booked 2 rooms in this hotel and they didn't even allowed to check in . We have already gave the payment and they told us that there is no more rooms . They told to go to their another hotel which is far away. To talk about this we went to their office and they told the same thing and he switched off the fan and went like we were staying in his room for free . They didn't even wanted to gave as refund . If you want to stay in a good hotel jst don't book rooms here its better to sleep in a footpath than staying this hotel

My worst experience ever happened with booking. I booked a stay through their platform and paid in full two days before my scheduled check-in date. Upon arriving at the property, the staff informed me that they were fully occupied and denied my reservation. They claimed to have called me saying we are full.This ordeal left me stranded without accommodation, resulting in a loss of both money and valuable time as I had to scramble to find alternative lodging. To add insult to injury, their customer service person was unhelpful and advice not to book this hotel for your stay.
Definitely not O series, unhygienic bathroom, bedsheets, A/C not working properly, power plugs are bad, excuse in return of anything you ask. Phew

This experience left them feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Not only was I left without accommodation, but the receptionist's attitude added to the disappointment. Their lack of empathy and inability to resolve the issue promptly only exacerbated the situation. As a customer, I expect better service, especially when a reservation has been made in advance. The refusal to honor my booking without a valid reason reflects poorly on the hotel's professionalism and reliability. Moving forward, I hope OYO takes steps to ensure such incidents are not repeated. Clear communication and efficient problem-solving are essential in the hospitality industry to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Overall, my experience with this hotel was disappointing due to the receptionist's refusal to provide the room despite a confirmed reservation. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others based on this experience.

Worst experience... I have booked there through Oyo and already paid full amount two day before check-in but when I reached the property they denied my stay and said they are already fully occupied.. worst experience ever . I lost my money and time. I didn't get refund also

The worst!!! This room is a spam guys so please don't book. I booked this room 2 days before the check-in, and when I went there, they said no rooms were available for me. I paid the amount, and these people asked me to call Goibibo and ask for a refund. There was no one in the reception when I went there. I called the caretaker, whose number was written on a board. That guy didn't have the courtesy to come and talk to us. He was there in a room on the ground floor but refused to come out. We had to request him to come out of the room. He was so arrogant and said we gave the rooms to the customers who came in the morning and asked us to look for another room. One thing I should mention is the great customer service of Goibibo. This was an OYO room that I booked through Goibibo. Never ever use OYO or book OYO rooms through any apps because the app and the rooms have become the worst. The place was messy and dirty, and the whole place looked like a lodge. It is not at all like what is shown in the pictures. The picture is of some other building. Goibibo needs to remove these kind of properties from the listing because they affect the reputation of the app itself. These kinds of places have to be closed, and action has to be taken immediately.
