Hotel Highway Garden

I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at Highway Garden. The room was in a terrible state, starting with a major mosquito problem. From the moment we entered, the room was swarming with mosquitoes. It was impossible to relax, and by night, it became a nightmare. We informed the receptionist immediately, hoping for a solution--maybe a room change or at least some repellent spray. Shockingly, they showed no interest or willingness to help. No action was taken at all. To make things worse, the linen on the bed was filthy. It had visible stains, including what looked like blood stains and ink marks. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that charges a premium for comfort and cleanliness. Sleeping on such dirty sheets, combined with being bitten by mosquitoes all night, made it nearly impossible to get any rest. The only saving grace of the stay was the breakfast. It was actually quite good--fresh, tasty, and with a decent variety of items. But unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the terrible experience we had in the room. I would not recommend Highway Garden to anyone unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service standards.

I have no experience of rooms, but the bar service is pretty average. Non attentive staff, took all the time to bring food and drinks. But the ambience is awesome. Price wise, despite average performance, I go there for ambience, and it is the best part of this bar.

Worst experience ever! I highly recommend never staying here. The food was not only awful but also extremely overpriced, making it a complete waste of money. The restaurant was filthy, poorly maintained, and lacked basic hygiene standards. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and had no sense of customer service, showing no concern for guests' needs. To make things even worse, the place was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to relax. The entire stay was a nightmare from start to finish. I deeply regret choosing this place and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs!

After a while I visited this Restaurant yesterday. Thank God it's a mosquito free place now. Food is normal. But the ambience is good. I love watching live cricket and football matches sitting here.

The open bar is a very nice and cozy place where even though you are sitting near the highway it's very quiet and silent. The service is also very good and of high quality. The restaurant also has a very good ambience there.

It's high time for some much-needed TLC around here! The old rooms, leaky faucets, malfunctioning toilet flushes, creaky doors, and faulty lights all need a serious upgrade. And don't even get me started on those ancient split ACs - they're as loud as a generator and just as irritating! For a property in such a prime location, it's surprising to see such neglect. A renovation would make a world of difference! How does a prime location property fall into such disrepair?

This is the worst experience there rooms are bad with poor quality services . I got a room after waiting for 30 mins and then The gave me a room where the ac is not working with no fan too n after complaint table fan has been given . The ac fixing work is going on . Will take two hours while I am in the room . They are not even able to provide another room . Please do not book this hotel . Staff is nice but what is the point . The best part is there is no elevator and staff does not even carry your luggage tonyhe room . Imagine staff is standing n looking while u am lifting my bag to the first floor . There is no maintenance here no one checks anything . The owner I guess has left everything on staff and does not care what is going on . The hotel is in bad shape .. bad toilets the alley has damo and urunal smell .
