Hotel Cochin Palace

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat and tidy, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was excellent and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a fantastic experience--I would definitely stay here again!

This is typical lodge room. Not palace type as advertised. Reception person is rude and arrogance. Hotel manager doesn't know to speak basic English. This hotel has bar in 1st floor. Entire building is echoing due to bar music. Fan not rotaing properly. AC is making more noise. Unable to sleep peacefully. No restaurent. Bedsheet is full of hairs and dark water marks. Old technology LCD tv in room which is 15 years ago. No refrigerator in room. Rs.3300 without complementary breakfast is utter waste of money. Highly disappointed.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The AC automatically switches to 30 degrees temperature in hot conditions. The receptionist is never in the counter, the intercom doesn't work. Had to spend whole night without sleeping because of the hot AC conditions

This is a typical hotel located in one of the major location of Kochi. The price seems to be in higher side for the service. Anyhow recommending to stay

Rather unprofessional set-up. They don't keep promises. Be careful while dealing with them, so as to save yourself from embarrassment. I found Niko Hotel on the same road, far more reliable. 01/12/24 This is in response to the hotel's reply: The hotel's response sounds hollow, having experienced their unprofessional attitude to hospitality, twice. The staff, including the Manager, need better training for dealing with serious customers. Perhaps, the hotel is satisfied with the present volume of business, and therefore doesn't care. Earlier, I had moved a 70 room-nights and a 70-pax dinner business to Niko since their approach inspired more confidence in me, of being capable of handling the event, which had a large number of foreign guests. Although the Cochin Palace property is better, the staff didn't appear trained enough to handle sophisticated guests.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I'll definitely consider staying here again!

Poor attitude for staffs to Customers.Please provide training for staffs to implement customer service training to ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
