Hotel Cochin Legacy

Room was good. But service was very poor. Power failure is embarrassing, i stayed for 2 days more than 10 times power failure happened and some times it takes more than one hour to restore the power. I think they purposefully switch off the power supply every morning.Also rooms are not soundproof too much noise comes from outside which can't allow to sleep. location of hotel is good. Overall experience really pathetic....

It's unfortunate but important to document how bad this hotel is right now. We were a group of 6 and took 3 rooms for the night of 14th Dec. due to hectic travel we reached hotel at around 11pm. All we needed was some decent sleep and good restroom.

It's highly disappointing for to write this, extremely bad experience from the begining. The man who handles the reception was really rude his attitude shows we are came for free. Then rooms are ok but there will no ac and at midnight people are screaming outside and it was really annoying. I don't recommend anyone for this even if they provide free of cost. Please escape from this

Room was good but the service is not good at all. I asked for a bottle of water and their response is too late. Their break fast was too bad.. And the importance thing is you can hear sounds from another rooms and also from the corridor of the hotel . The rooms is not sound proof and not suitable for couples. So couples don't take the room. If your girl is loudly moaning that will hear outside of the room

Not worth for the price you pay ,Please don't go for this shit. no pool access, pool is an advertisement scam, expect lots of mosquitoes , they provided one towel for two people. Overall worst service as well

Nice hotel at the quiet place very next to the forum mall .Good big rooms with nice amenities .Overall great experience

This hotel was made as a posh hotel with centalized AC, Swimming Pool etc but nothing is working now. The room is very nice and the beddings. Kettle was missing. Has hot water and AC. The complimentary breakfast was a trash. Simply bought 3 idlies with tea to the room by 8.30 with out asking anything. Tea was bought in cup !!! When asked for any options... Nothing available. No sugarless tea nor fresh tea.
