HOTEL BUROOJ

Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice. Few items but was tasty. Only problem felt was the entrance, it don't face the main road. We had to go through a narrow road(one car can go properly) and parking was less. Except that superb.

Our stay at Hotel Burooj was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, leaving us uncomfortable throughout the night. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available in the morning. When we asked about it, the staff casually mentioned that the water heater was damaged and told us to use cold water instead -- no apology or alternate solution was provided. Additionally, the "complimentary breakfast" was underwhelming and not up to the mark. The options were very limited, especially for children, and the overall quality of the food was poor. For the price and expectations set, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Hotel Burooj to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.

We had a good stay in hotel burooj. Booked th family suite room we stayed there days there. The hotel is located a walkable distance from Lulu Mall. Metro station also near by. Very neat and clean room and complementary breakfast also served there. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay.

While the reception and entry was encouraging, the room was quite a disappointment. Bathroom - fitments and cleanliness was acceptable but room felt dingy and unclean. I had to just spent the night so I just about managed. Road leading to the hotel is also makeshift and low ground clearance cars will struggle. Located at a 15 min walking distance from Lulu mall.

We stayed for one night in two rooms that were connected and could be accessed through a single door. There were a few downsides, like the hot water not working and some doors not locking properly, but overall, I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at Hotel Burooj for a day and had a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful, and the location is conveniently close to Lulu Mall, within walking distance. We booked a double room, and while most amenities were provided, a dental kit and consistent hot water supply were missing. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, and the room and bed were cozy and comfortable.

The poorest service we have ever experienced. No breakfast was serviced when we visited restaurant at 9.30am. The timing informed to us was 8 to 10 am. Staff were arrogant and the manager not even shown the courtesy to come and address it
