Zero review one of the worsted Hotel in Kochi, Rooms was very dirty. When we give a feedback about this to the receptionist, they ask me to vacate the room. Very poor attitude. Not recommend.

The hotel has neat rooms but the ACs will stop working. We changed two rooms and both didn't have working ACs. Management doesn't take responsibility and will say that the ACs are working and it will take 30minutes to cool. Owner was very rude and I had to take my family to other hotel in the middle of the night. Better to be mindful and check the rooms before checking in especially with kids and family.

Neat and clean rooms with AC, TV and water heater. Location is just near the bypass and close to the city. Great hospitality, and nice service. Price starts from 2000/day for 2 people. Plates, mug, spoon, cupboard, water bottle, almirah arr available. The only thing missing was shampoo. Overall great experience. Good for family, couple or friends. They also provide food.

Newly constructed and decent hotel the rooms were small but fully furnished, the ambience was really very good. There was no attached restaurant. The staff needs more training the guy in the reception was new to the job it seems, he was anxious whenever I requested for any service or help. The lift was very small. Even though it was corona time the service was quite better. I had good stay and really good sleep the bed was good and comfortable. A decent hotel for budget stay and short stays. Hope they will maintain the same way as it is now...
