I stayed here for a day. I had a pleasant experience and I enjoyed my stay over here. The staffs were quite cooperative and polite. The property has two pools, a gym and all the basic things that one would need to make his pleasant comfortable. You can sweat it out at the gym and then take a dip at the private pool. The public pool is also well lit & a good spot to capture some snaps. The food over here is quite affordable and tastes good. The staffs are quite prompt & are there at your service always. You would enjoy your stay over here.

I recently stayed at this hotel , and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything about the hotel felt welcoming and well-organized. Parking was hassle-free with plenty of space available, which is always a relief when traveling. I stayed in a standard room, and it was perfect for my needs. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely view of the swimming pool from the window. I also appreciated the mini bar in the room, which added a nice touch of convenience. The overall ambiance of the hotel is relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. The hotel has several amenities that cater to different needs. There's a gym for fitness enthusiasts, a bar for those looking to relax with a drink, and even a spa if you're in the mood to pamper yourself. The swimming pool looked inviting and well-kept. The dining experience was decent. While outside food isn't allowed, the in-house restaurant offers good options. The breakfast buffet stood out for its variety--there was something for everyone to enjoy. You can also order food to your room, which is convenient. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were incredibly polite and attentive, ensuring that check-in was quick and easy. Their warm hospitality really enhanced my overall experience. For the price I paid, I felt it was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend Hotel Hill Palace and Spa to anyone visiting Kochi, whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this place has something for everyone

This place is really good and cozy. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very beautiful. I stayed here for 10 days. Food is quite good and both options for buffet breakfast/Lunch/dinner as well as ala carte are available. It's having a BAR , swimming pool and spa as well. Staffs who are serving the foods are very professional and helpful. It was nice interacting with them every time I went to have my meal. The place is nearby to SN JUCTION metro making it easy to connect with the other parts of the city as well. Only problem is it's having a poor wifi connection which they need to improve or else I would have given it a 5 star. Wifi connection is there but it's not very steady .

The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in ernakulam. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is not great. Just average. Rhey serve idli dosa and onlette. Juive and cut fruits are generally over when u go. U have to follow up the waiters.

Hotel Hill Palace offers rooms that are nominal in size and come with basic amenities provided at reasonable charges. However, the food quality is quite average and does not live up to the expectations they set. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're not too particular about dining.

Our stay at this hotel was not as expected. The facilities were quite basic. In the bathroom, there was only one dental kit provided, and we had to request another. The TV was not working initially, but after calling the staff, they came and fixed it. Regarding the food, the chicken biryani we ordered for lunch was good. However, the chili chicken we ordered with parotta was very disappointing--the chicken was undercooked, with a visible red color, making it inedible. Additionally, the reception staff had a rude attitude and did not behave professionally. Overall, the experience was not great, and improvements are needed in service and food quality.

While the booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful in coordinating my reservation, the actual stay was far from pleasant. The room we're assigned was disappointing. Rooms were old and had musty smell. We'd booked for king bed rooms and were provided with queen size which won't fit our Family with kids. Though initially denied the room change, they later agreed to upgrade the room. Despite initial helpfulness by staff while booking and high expectations, the stay and complimentary breakfast spread was a great letdown. Swimming pool is not clean and making it completely unusable during my stay.

Our sister's engagement ceremony was held at Hill Palace Hotel Hall, and we were quite pleased with the overall experience. The venue was well-maintained, clean, and offered a pleasant ambiance for the occasion. The amenities provided were satisfactory, contributing to a smooth event. However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience with parking due to ongoing pipeline work. Despite this temporary issue, the hotel staff was helpful in managing the situation. Overall, Hill Palace Hotel Hall is a decent choice for hosting special events, and we would recommend it to others.
